The location was nice. The beach being close by. The owner was very friendly.

That the owner said that he does not take card and insisted on cash. So i had to make 2 trips to the cashpoint to get out money. This was a great inconvenience. He said they do not take card at all. Not sure its true. This ruined what was a lovely trip.

property is about a ten minute drive from Dubrovnik over looking a beautiful bay. It is a quite location but with three good local restaurants and a cute small beach. It has a nice pool which was very quite. The staff at the apartments couldn’t have been nicer. Rooms were spotless and there is a shared kitchen where you can make tea and coffee.

There is quite a lot of steps up from the private beach area and beach if steps bother you. They didn’t bother us.

The view and swimming pool was great

The stuff is very nice and the pool and jacuzzi are clean.every day clean room.A room was cleaned every day and the towels was changed everyday also. The old city is 10min away with car. You can use also the bus.But for return the bus station is not near the apartment. The beach is 5min walk away.It is so beautiful . The restaurant near the beach is very good and not expensive. I would definitely recommend this apartment.

Everything was amazing.

Everything perfect, stay was fantastic. It's a bit of a drive from Dubrovnik. Jacuzzi and pool just great. Lovely taras where you can have your breakfast with breathtaking view! Great value!! Very quiet neighborhood, beach just around the corner. Perfect spot for someone who need relaxing!

Wifi was not to great but this wasn't an issue for us.

The area was quiet and a lovely private beach 2 swim. The staff where very friendly. The view was spectacular. There is a restaurant just around the corner with amazing food.

It was very far from the centre. The host did bring us in and collected us.

Great property and location and amenities, pool and private beach was absolutely beautiful. Immaculate room.

The only thing we weren’t pleased about were the towels. They were rough, I know everyone line dries their clothes but still they were too hard. As a couple We would have preferred one king bottom and top sheet Everything else was awesome!

It was clean and the views from the balcony were breathtaking

We loved the incredible view from our balcony over the Adriatic, watching the sunsets, sipping surprisingly good Croatian wine. the lovely couple who took care of us and even gave us a lift to Dubrovnik one day. Jerko also arranged our boat trip and our jet ski hire and got us an incredible deal, so definitely use him to book anything. We had breakfast at a couple of the little restaurants down the road but then discovered that the supermarket a mile down the road did really good ground bean Costa coffee with the best fresh baked pastries and croissants. everybody loved the Veranda but we preferred the pizza place that also happens to do the best fresh tuna steaks and GREAT mojitos! can 100% recommend this - great value, quiet, stunningly beautiful little piece of paradise.

we didn’t mind it as it was good exercise for us, but there are a lot of steps to the private beach or to the restaurants so not suitable if you have mobility issues.

We’ve just come home today after 10 incredible days and we’re already planning to book again! The apartment itself had a lovely bedroom and en suite bathroom, and our room had a balcony overlooking both the swimming pool and the ocean which is gorgeous. The pool is the perfect size and was where we spent the majority of our time relaxing! There is also a private beach down the steps as well as many restaurants within walking distance, our personal favourite being Veranda. We also had some great meals at Orsan too and in central Dubrovnik, which is just a short car journey away. Jerko and his family are all so lovely and welcoming, they really make you feel at home and as if you’re part of their family. They were always checking in to see how we were and if everything was okay, what we’d been up to etc. This was our very first time in Croatia and was booked last minute due to the fact that our usual holiday locations were on the travel red list, but we loved it so much that we are already planning to come again next year with some friends, and have also recommended it to our families who are interested in booking too. We would highly recommend booking to stay here; you have everything that you need and more, and you will not find a more beautiful view! Thank you so much for the most incredible 10 days, we will hopefully see you next September!

We had amazing stay in this lovely hotel. Room was clean and freshly renovated. It was thoroughly cleaned daily. Private beach is just 250 steps down with sunbeds and cristal clear water. Though for people who are struggling to climb stairs might be an issue. We had a room with terrasse, where we could enjoy magnificent sunsets everyday sipping a glass of local white wine Pošip. Hosts are great and welcoming people. We will definitely would like to return to this hotel!

It was hard to find it, and it was not in dubrovnik but like 7km far from it

Perfect location if you want to enjoy the view to the sea and calm friendly neighbourdhood. Pools just few meters from the room are great if you don't feel like going to the beach and jacuzzi is awesome for evenings after a long day. There is no shop in the area, but it's not a problem even if you don't have a car because the owner Jerko will take wherever you want. We went to Dubrovnik twice and he took us also from and to the airport. He an his wife run the place with care and love and it shows because it's very clean and nice.

The apartments are very clean, spacious and with beautiful views. Also have a nice swimming pool and jacuzzi were you can spend the evening watching the sun set

The man who manages the apartments doesn’t speak very good English and he woke me up both days opening the apartment door which was a big issue for me because I really wanted to rest

Fantastic place to stay, Jerko and family were wonderful and very helpful. Would recommend hiring a car to travel, area is so peaceful and relaxing

Small room. the owner tried to get extra money for the baby crib although it was agreed the crib was included in the price. expensive for the room and facilities location is problematic
