Halte tram 49 ligt op 50 m van het verblijf. Was schoon en rustig.

2 van de 6 stoelen zijn wel erg versleten.

The handover was fine. Already at the beginning there was obvious damage to the handle of the front door, but so far it worked. Unfortunately, when we returned home at night, we found that the apartment door could not be opened. This was at 00:30. So we immediately called the number listed on the booking +43 681 84377611. Number was switched off. We also texted sms on this number . After an hour, we managed to get through to the owner. She said she would come right away and sort it out. That took another hour. We asked for new accommodation. We weren't allowed to do that. The locksmith arrived in another hour. That night we had to spend a total of 3.5 hours on the floor in the hallway of the house! The apartment was only able to open at 4am. We were mercilessly evicted from the apartment at 11am and no one cared that we could not get into the apartment for almost 4 hours and refused to communicate with us. We enclose photos of the whole incident. The owner refused to communicate with us.

Location, very clean and well equipated

There is no conditionated air in the apartment

well presented property in great location

Everything was great. Location very close to the center of Viena, very nice apartment, very big. We will come back.🙂

The dishes washing machine was not so good.
