A lovely hotel, comfortable room and pretty pool. The staff were exceptional. We had a late night flight leaving and they were generous in allowing us to use the pool and facilities long after check out. It made for a wonderful day after touring the Falls. Muchas gracias!

While the dining room and tango show was a pleasant surprise, the food wasn’t very good.

10/10 Breakfast (buffet - fruit, cereals, pastries, eggs. Very good celiac/gluten free options on request) 10/10 Staff (24/7 reception with WhatsApp number. Rest/bar staff super attentive) 10/10 Location (stunning river view across to Paraguay. Do not let the 25 min walk to town put you off as 5 min taxi journey is around $1 USD) 10/10 Facilities (infinity pool, large modern room, gym, restaurant has varied live shows of music & dance. Packed lunch options to pre-order when visiting the falls) Would not consider any other hotel when returning. Great value for money (genius discount, late deal).

This hotel should not have had a booking.com rating less than 9.0 superb! Bathroom decor is slightly outdated compared to the bedroom but that is being incredibly picky.

Dirty sheets and dirty towels, there's mold in the room - all rooms they offer us to send a maintenance guy to paint it 😡

everything went well

The room was good, it is a nice place to stay and sleep. Great view on the river while eating breakfast, nice view of the stars at night.

We asked the staff to book a brazilian restaurant for us since they have an international line… Which is the bare minimum you can expect from a 4 star hotel, to make a phone call… They refused, they only book local restaurants as « courtesy »… Our taxi driver did it for us… Also, the breakfast is really terrible. Low quality products… I ate the worst pineapple i can remember… like a cucumber, would have preferred a cucumber actually. Which is a shame in this area.

Very nice hotel with very good restaurant, bar and pool. The staff is very smiling, friendly and attentive to customers.
