Location is great and quiet. Eventhough it's on the edge of the city, a big boulevard is around the corner with kilometers full of shops, supermarkets, pharmacies and places to eat. If you want to go to the city centre or any other place the trollybus is around the corner and cost 6 MDL. The staff is very friendly and caring. They will arrange anything if you would ask for it. The hostess (Natalia) speaks good english, is genuinly interested and always up for a chat if you are open for it. If you're traveling for work and decide to wander around the city in the evening alone they do keep an eye out to see if you come home and keep the gate open. I experienced this to be comforting to know someone looks out for you if you're far away from home and nobody knows exactly where you are. They make sure you are alright without compromising privacy. Felt like a true visitor and not just a random customer. I think the hotel rooms would flourish more if they would update to rooms to more modern styling. As everyone can see the pictures and can see what they book I don't see this as an complaint. Rooms are silent and have double doors. Natalia also arranged transport to the airport. Bed was comfortable. Hygiene was great. Will visit Vila Muntenia again when i'm in Chisinau.

- Booked a suite, but on arrival I heard the suite was under construction/upgraded. Got a room with a balcony as replacement. Room suited my needs and I didn't feel downgraded or disappointed with the change of room. Eventhough I would advise to communicate this beforehand or they would block the possibility to book the suite at the moment to meet visitors expectations. - Various minor malfunctions in the room, would advise to have someone check all the functions and repair accordingly. As they are busy with upgrading the hotel I think it will be fixed in the near future.

Nice, comfortable and clean room, large bathroom, private parking, free coffee and tea in the room, breakfast available for extra cost, very friendly and helpful staff, you can book with confidence, you can pay with the card or cash, safe payments, definitely recommend, thanks for everything 👍🙂

Owners are very friendly - we came late but it wasn't a problem, the room was clean and nice.

Great and quiet rooms, free and safe parking, great communication ahead of stay.

No breakfast served anymore, yet prices have not changed. There is no water boiler in the room or other possibility to prepare a small breakfast yourself.
