Excelente ubicación y buena disposición del personal.
Nos prestó servicio para guardar las maletas mientras esperamos para el vuelo.
Éramos un grupo de 6 personas.
En una de las habitaciones el colchón estaba con demasiado uso.
Pero las demás habitaciones ningún problema 😃

El colchón de la cama era muy duro.
La ducha un desastre ya que no tiene repisa y se inunda el baño. Cada vez que te duchas tienes que escurrir el agua.

La ubicación es muy conveniente y el trato de Rolando y los chicos de recepción, una maravilla. Tenés varios tipos de habitaciones con diferentes comodidades y confort. Nosotros elegimos las más económicas y estuvímos bien. Buenas relación precio/calidad. Volveremos. Muchas gracias.
El jardín es maravilloso.
Quizás pondría una pava eléctrica para no molestar a cada rato.
Sí tenés altas expectativas elegí habitaciones que no sean standard.

הבחור בקבלה, בן אדם זהב ורק רוצה לעזור, יודע אנגלית שזה בונוס מטורף!!! חמוד מאוד ועזר הרבה בהכל, סך הכל המקום פגז והמיקום 4 דקות מהמרכז של האוטובוסים שהם לוקחים אותך עד לאיגוואסו והתדירות מאוד גבוהה ככה שזה מאוד שימושי, החדר ברמה טובה מאוד👍🏼
הקליטה פה עולה ויורדת והזרם מים סבבה רק צריך לקלוט באיזה עוצמה המים פה חמים, בסך הכל נוח מאוד, המזגן עובד רק על קור, אין חימום

Destaco la limpieza de todo el complejo y la amabilidad de los dueños. Las habitaciones son muy nuevas el aire funcionaba muy bien , hay mantas polar por si tienen frio. Excelente todo !
Lo único para decir fue que la ducha costaba que salga el agua caliente con buena presión.. para que salga caliente había que bajarla y eso hacía que salga poca cantidad de agua

Buena zona, cerca de la terminal donde accedes a todas las excursiones.
Las chicas del desayuno súper amables. En la recepción nos explicaron con paciencia donde podíamos ir y que nos convenía.
La señal de tv no funcionaba. La señal de wifi no era muy buena. Y en el colchón, bajo las sábanas, encontré uñas (se ve q alguien se corto las uñas ahí!).

The guy at reception was amazing and super helpful with our check in and check out. It was nice to have a pool to use in the heat. The hotel is very well located as well. Great place to stay.

Breakfast was minimal (one medialuna, a couple pieces of bread, juice and coffee/tea.

Really nice hotel with big private rooms and a nice court jard. The pool was kept clean and breakfast was good. the breakfast lady was lovely. Good location

Everything was great. Breakfast was good and beds were comfortable. The staff was very friendly and the receptionist gave us tips upon arriving.
The AC was right in front of the bed without turning shades. So it was blowing full power on us all night which resulted in a cold. We had to move the bed out of the way to sleep the other days.

Great to have the pool to enjoy after a hot humid day. The hotel is close to the centre and the bus station - great base for seeing the falls. Don't miss the hummingbird garden which is in walking distance from the hotel. The staff were all friendly and welcoming.

The staff here, in particular Diana and the ladies during breakfast service were extremely welcoming and friendly. They went above and beyond for us and they could not have done any more for us.
there was nothing we disliked, however if we had to suggest an improvement it would be to make the rooms a little brighter and updated

The outside space was nice with a clean pool, and beautiful plants and flowers. The staff was friendly and helpful giving information and advice.
The breakfast was very simple. Bread, cereal, coffee and OJ. The rooms could use updating, but overall it was perfectly adequate for the one night we stayed.

The family owners were superb and very responsive. They replaced the pillows and mattress promptly after 1st night.
The set-up means that you get to meet and chat with everyone and it is a very friendly atmosphere.
