The receptionist was so friendly n helpful, facility was super clean and the bed was so comfortable

Our waiter, Oliver, was fantastic. He really did try his best to make up for all the mistakes from the kitchen as well as the manager on duties bad attitude. The location was perfect for what we needed.

The air conditioning did not work. The one manager really did not understand the concept of costumer service. Our shuttle that the Lodge provided from the airport was late. The trailer that we paid extra for was filled with cleaning supply drums, so we could not put our luggage in it.

Not a lot - the only thing is it was close to where we needed to be the next day.

Firstly I booked two rooms, one was a disabled room because my father struggles to walk and it’s on the ground floor. We arrive and he wasn’t given a ground floor room, when I told the receptionist that I specifically booked it the receptionist scrambled around but said sorry its just a couple of stairs. At this point we are checking in so late after a big drive, my father says it’s fine he will try. A couple of flights of stairs for someone who literally struggles to walk, was a daunting task. Anyway, I helped my father up and down. We get given keys and the first room I go into either had guests staying or hadn’t been cleaned. Unmade bed, things all over the place, so I go back downstairs, receptionist runs around, gets a key for a new room. Now he also managed to give us the furthest rooms because you know walking is so easy for my father. Booked non-smoking and got given smoking rooms which was gross. Went for dinner and food was okay, service was below par. Overall not great and won’t stay again
