The villa was very comfortable and homely with everything you could need, the pool was excellent the temperature was kept at a good level (the sun helped) which my grandson loved. The villa was 10-15 minute walk to the beach shopping centre and main town. The owner Padraig was very helpful even before we arrived with help for transfers etc. All in all we had a wonderful time, and would recommend it although air/con would be beneficial especially in the bedrooms.

On arrival it was a nice surprise to see some food and drink essntials where part of a welcome package and general washing up liquids, wm capsules, toilet paper etc where in place for use, ive stayed in villas b4 and others have nothing, so it was a nice surprise not having to go straight out for supplies. Overall it was a nice villa in a good location, however i think the villa could do with a few improvments, bathrooms could do with a bit of regrouting etc or a deeper clean would be more pleasing to the eye.

We have just returned from this beautiful villa. We were a family of 6, 4 adults and 2 children and the size and layout was perfect and ample space outside for alfresco dining. The villa is so well presented inside and decorated beautifully. Kitchen was well stocked with any utensils needed and plenty of towels available for use. Pool was great and a very welcome relief from the scorching heat. A wonderful roof terrace was the perfect location to watch the sunset of an evening. We can not fault the villa. The location is just perfect, in a quiet cul de sac close to the El Campanario and about 10 min walk from the lively main strip. Padraig was an absolute pleasure to deal with and was more than helpful with any questions I had. He provided a very generous welcome / starter pack of goodies on our arrival which was so appreciated after a day of travelling with kids, thanks Padraig ! Pablo the housekeeper is also the next door neighbour and he too is worth a mention as we had an issue with one of the door locks and he was on hand to help and provide reassurance. This was our first try at a self-catering villa as opposed to an all inclusive hotel and we hit lucky with this gem ! We will definitely return and would highly recommend.

While this villa had some nice things about it, it definitely required some upgrading. Disappointed there was no change of linen and towels which was the first time in 40 years. Not for us, felt cleanliness was poor.

Our stay was fantastic and the house was perfect.

We´ve been visiting the Canary islands for years searching for a villa we would like to come to again. It may be we´ve found it now. A word of caution, though: Beware of the noisy neighbours.

We loved it here. Padraig was ace to communicate with. Can't recommend enough. We hope to come back.

We stayed in this property for 9 days in November 2022. It's a lovely place, close to the beach and walking distance from the town centre. The property has a nice heated pool and a very comfortable and cosy interior. Communications with the owner were excellent. Everything was exactly as we had hoped. We'll be back.

very nice and cosy place. has everything you need. Nice view from the terrace over the roof tops of Corralejo and the ocean in the far back, large communal living room with an open kitchen and a quite space to eat outside in the back yard. The parking is right in front of the door which comes in very handy. We had a great time!

We had a great holiday in Corralejo. This villa is in a great location close to the beach. The Campanario shopping centre is also close by with lots of excellent cafes restaurants and bars.

When we booked our stay in Padraig’s villa, he did send us a lot of information about the villa, directions, restaurants etc. Unfortunately we had to reschedule our holiday, but Padraig helped alot and arranged everything for us! We arrived in Corralejo in a very cosy and clean house and it smelled fresh. There even where some groceries, like juice, wine, toast, butter, milk etc. We had a great holdiday with our two year old son, he enjoyed the pool, the garden and everything was available like a babybed and high chair. When we locked the gate and front door he couldn’t get anywhere near the pool, so it was save too. The only thing we would liked to know before rescheduling our holiday, was that the neighbours where doing a big renovation on their house. And maybe that the pool was pretty cold. But it is a great house near the citycenter and we recommend the villa, and when you rent a car, you even can park it next to the property.

This property was ideal for our party of 3 adults and two children. The property is very well situated for beach, shops and restaurants. The pool although small was big enough for our two boys to enjoy daily. Online listing accurate, comfortable furnishings and beds, lots of information supplied and rapid response from owner when we were having a problem accessing Netflix. Unfortunately an adjacent villa was being renovated so we had a lot of drilling noise during our stay. We would use the villa again for the same size group.

It was cleaned a few time during our stay as well. In the kitchen we found everything we needed even an oven and a dishwasher. We brought our towels but these were also provided. The main beach is about 10min away although we much preferred going to the dunas. The centre is also close and we went there for dinners and enjoyed our walks back to the villa. There’s a mini market 2 mins away but also close to the campanario. Thank you very much!

We were travelling as an extended family, and decided to rent a villa instead of going for lots of individual 2-person rooms, and we werent disappointed.This is a lovely home, plenty of space, well laid out, well maintained, and was great for our week of holidays.The kitchen is a good size and very well equipped, there are plenty of utensils if you want to cook yourself, and there is good storage in the fridge and freezer.It was July when we stayed, and the pool heating was on, which Im glad about, as it made the pool lovely all day long. The pool isnt huge, but we managed to play volleyball with 4 people, and enjoyed lounging around in it.The living area is spacious if it is too warm outside, and the area around the pool had sufficient space for 4 sunbeds, and there were two more out the back, and two more on the flat roof.The washing machine was a great bonus - we were able to clean clothes quickly.Internet connection was superb - superfast.If I had to pick a few negatives, if everyone (6 people) went for showers in quick succession, sometimes the hot water ran out. Some of the sun loungers had a couple of rungs broken before we arrived too, normal wear and tear. Nothing worth complaining about.Overall the villa was clean, well prepared, plenty of towels were supplied, including large beach towels, the house is spacious. It was fine without aircon, there is a good breeze all the time, and I dont sleep well if Im too warm, but I had no issue here. There is good mesh on all the windows to keep the bugs out.Located in a quiet area, there was very little traffic noise, sometimes a neighbouring dog barking, but very peaceful. A short walk to a small beach, and a slightly longer walk to the larger beaches. We hired a car to make it easier to get around, it could be hired cheaply after you arrive.Id thoroughly recommend this villa, and the Padraig the owner is super helpful

The amenities in the villa were top notch - fast wifi, a welcome bag of goodies and plenty of towels. All in all a great stay and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Padraig's place to family and friends.

We had a lovely relaxing week here and as there were only 2 of us we were spoilt for choice on places to sit & read & enjoy the sunshine on the 3 terrace areas. The pool is small but nice to have. We had a problem with the heating of the pool but this was fixed while we were there. The property would benefit from some maintenance- bedrooms are a bit musty, peeling paint & bathrooms could do with freshening up, however it was very clean & had absolutely everything we needed - including a very welcome arrival pack & bottle of wine plus lots of other essentials such as washing up liquid etc. in the cupboards which was appreciated. The villa is in a great location, only minutes to the beach and several bars/restaurants with many more only a 15 minute walk away. There is a well stocked supermarket just around the corner - ideal for daily fresh rolls & afternoon ice creams! So long as you don’t go with expectations of a villa in pristine condition you won’t be disappointed with what this place offers. We would consider staying here again. My only concern would be the lack of air conditioning in the height of summer - although there are small portable fans in each bedroom & windows which you can safely leave open at night as there are fly screens.

Great location, real home from home with all the benefits of being close to the beach and all amenities and also enjoying the peace and quiet for a relaxing holiday.

We (3 adults and 2 kids)stayed in this beautiful place for 10 days in aug 2018.. Johnny the property manager picked us up at the airport as pre arranged. A lovely bottle of red wine, some beers and and a few food items welcomed us! The house is beautiful, and in a brilliant location, within walking distance of the beach, and the fabulous campilano shopping centre, bus station and little supermarket. And further on but within walking distance 10-15 minutes the town of Corralejo itself.. The pool at the house is fabulous, it’s small but perfectly formed! My 7 and 8 year olds ( who aren’t good swimmers absolutely loved it!) armbands on and they swam and jumped in, to their hearts content.. it’s about 5 ft deep so it was comfortable dept for them with their floats.. on the rare occasion I had the pool to myself I could swim in it... it was cleaned weekly and without much interruption to us. Half an hour tops! There is no air con in the house, but thankfully we had the doors and windows open and the cool sea breeze kept us relatively cool although a fan wouldn’t go amiss at night! But it didn’t stop us sleeping.. we took a trip to oasis park about an hour and half away on the free bus from the hotel just down the street, this was a fabulous family day out! We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Padraig’s beautiful house and would highly recommend it ! Thank you Padraig for sharing your beautiful house with us! We had a fabulous stay! Villa was in a great position , 15 min walk into town. Beach was close by. The heated pool was great all be it not massive. The kids loved it. Size of the villa was perfect for a family of 4 - 6. It could do with modernizing a little bit as the villa is starting to look a little worn in places. some new light fittings and a lick of paint. The tv set up was pretty poor which all be it you do not go on holiday to watch television it is handy for the kids to watch for half an hour before bed. The owner has supplied some dvd's though which helped. The owner of the villa was exceptionally helpful and seemed to go the extra mile for us. All in all we had great holiday..

Excellent location Padcraig was very helpful telling us where restaurants were and supermarkets and things to do, Yes the TV channels weren't the best but you make your own entertainment. Villa was very nice great quiet location small pool but big enough great outdoor space pool cleaner came 3 times during our stay, would definitely go back
