Amazing Premius Room with lots of space, a separate dressing room, huge bed and biggest bathroom we have had in a city (sinks, toilet and shower/bathtub are separate small rooms connected to one another). The breakfast is healthy and wonderful, service is great, lounge/bar very stylish, and the location in Salamanca is perfect for shopping and getting anywhere quickly.

The Spa is not the best, but the rest of the hotel made up for it.

Upgraded to a room With a terrace but it was not a private terrace and more time an outdoor lobby to door of room. That was very disappointing as I gave up a city view for no real gain. Room was also quite dark as there was only one window.

Everything was amazing

The location is excellent. The decoration of the hotel is quite unique and beautiful. All their staff are very friendly and helpful. My wife and I had dinner at the rooftop restaurant, and the sunset scenery was magnificent. We will surely come back to The BLESS on our next trip to Madrid.

The minibar in the room made this insane noise that wouldnt let me sleep. It was crazy I have never experienced anything like that. It sucks because the rest of the hotel was great, so please change the minibar

Great location, very nice atmosphere and lovely rooms and Spa.

The pool is the main picture of the hotel, but it was closed even on June 1st. It just opened a couple days later, so in the month of May you couldn’t even enjoy the sun with your family. But they handled it properly ultimately - it was just very disappointing.

The worst 5 star hotel I’ve ever stayed at in my life - bar none.

I did’t like the first room assigned and they had to change it. The first one you have to access outside of the building.

Room size not enough to accommodate large luggage

Beautiful room - large suite with very comfortable bed, dressing room and lounge area. Breakfast very good. Staff very friendly and professional. Bar area cool and lovely to have an evening drink before heading out or when we got back. A shame the roof terrace and pool were not open but we were a bit too early.

their personnel who had access to rooms stole my wedding gifts (cash) at least 500 euros. this happened last Saturday and I haven't heard back from them on a resolution yet.

Absolutely everything! we did not want to leave. Everything was perfect.

The location was great. The staff was very helpful and friendly. The room was big and spacious. The terrace was lovely.

The rooms was a little bit run down, but it was fine. Our biggest problem was the pillows. The pillows on the beds were very uncomfortable. We weren't able to sleep well because of the pillows, which was such a shame because everything else was great.

I chose Hotel Bless for its five star rating but I’d say it is more four star. No pool or terrace access, no bowling alley as advertised and staff aren’t briefed to guests staying with them or for how long. we didn’t receive instructions for phone, TV or room amenities which required frequent trips down to the reception desk or concierge. Also, I chose this hotel for 24 hour room service because my adult children and I were taking many long day trips and knew we would need meals at non traditional times. Room service was a disappointment (uncooked & delivered late) on two occasions. We were not reimbursed or discounted for those undercooked & missing items. 5 star standards need to be consistent not only when they aren’t busy but on a Friday or Saturday night.

Concierge and breakfast were both very good. Hotel has a nice size. Quality of room was good. Lobby bar has a nice vibe.

We felt room was smaller than the 35 meters listed. You think there would be a sitting area in such a big room but not really, just a half moon shaped sofa squeezed in by the window and not really usable. Also we paid extra for a room facing the street. However it was not a great view so not worth it. Also bathroom is not a separate room but a wood divider built into the room. Not offering great privacy. Temperature in room was also not easy to adjust. Rooftop was closed for the season.

breakfast team was not kind, foods in cafeteria are poor quality, I asked Salmon with cream cheese second times then staff said they are charging me for second salmon with cream cheese! it’s unheard of this kind of incident. nothing to eat in Cafeteria! I only asked coffee and salmon with cream cheese. what they showed me was attitude! not recommend this hotel just for breakfast experience!
