We have been to the Oracle for many years now and me and my partner loved this apartment the best out of all the ones we have originally stayed in. The apartment had everything you needed was very clean and just what we needed. Alison was very accommodating and helped with any thing we needed from before and after we arrived. The poolside bar is also great with George entertaining you. We would recommend this apartment to stay in if you are visiting Paphos. We would defiantly stay here again.

Myself, husband and 11 yr old have just returned from a 9 night stay and have had a great time. The apartment is spacious, clean and has a lovely large terrace which we enjoyed sitting out on in the evening. We spent a few afternoons around the pool which was clean and generally quite quiet. There was never an issue getting a sunbed, although some were broken and in need of replacing. It was nice to have a bar area to take advantage of for lunch/drinks and the chap who runs it was very friendly. The only reason I haven't given 5 stars is for the location which is a little out of the way. The bus service is great, but the stop is still a 10/15 mins walk down to the main road. We used the bus to get to the harbour, aqua park and across to Corallia Bay which was great for snorkelling. Alison was really easy to communicate with and very accommodating when we had to reschedule our dates from last year. Check in/out was hassle free.

The apartment was lovely and overall had a lovely stay. It had all the utensils you would expect at home. My partner had to use a wheelchair during our stay and we didnt have any issues moving around the apartment, although access to the shower room was a bit of a problem as it was small. For a non-disabled person it would have been adequate. The only item which had been described as being availabe was kitchen roll - there was only one sheet left for our use. Not being technically minded, and although there were instructions on how to use the digi box - We were unable to make it work. The instructions referred to pressing the red button 'once' only, however, accidentally pressing it twice, the instructions didn't provide other instructions if you happened to press it twice. We did not contact the owner/manager as we felt we really didnt need to use the TV being on holiday. The occupants in the two apartments below were playing loud 'rap' and other music (not to our taste) although you couldn't hear this if you had the terrace doors/windows shut. The bar was adequately stocked with alcoholic/soft drinks and ice cream with a menu for hot snacks which, if needed, could be boxed up and taken back to your apartment. There is a mini-market on site, but very poorly stocked. The complex could do with a few more trees to block out some of the noise from groups of people. With just only minor negatives, we would be happy to stay here again.

Lovely spacious apartment! Huge balcony overlooking the pool, nice place for enjoying a glass of wine or two in the evening. Pool was great for keeping cool in very hot temperatures and George from the pool bar was a real character! Fab place for families and close to lots of great places to eat...favourite place was Rimini's! Fantastic food at Riminis and a free taxi there and back. The views and watching the sunset from Muse is also a must! Nice apartment in a good location.

When we walked into this apartment it was wonderful. Just like looking at the pictures. The space is fantastic and having a bathroom to each bedroom is a huge plus. The terrace is huge ... a real suntrap. The pool area was clean and George at the pool bar very helpful. Maybe Paphos wasn't for us but this apartment and the complex was wonderful!

We have just returned home after a week at this lovely apartment, it is exactly as you see on the photographs, very clean and tidy and has everything you need on a self catering holiday. The air conditioning was amazing in every room and the free WI FI was fantastic!!! The outside patio area is amazing it’s so big and overlooks the pool. George from the pool bar is a great character and nothing is too much trouble the drinks are reasonably priced too. We would recommend this apartment which is a credit to the owners.

What an amazing apartment, it has everything you need and more for a relaxed holiday the pictures do not do it justice. We really enjoyed the pool bar which is ran by George and Panic and also enjoyed Panics restaurant at the harbour which we went 3 times. Alison and Andy are wonderful, they keep you informed about everything and the maps etc they sent were really helpful. I fully recommend this apartment in a wonderful part of the island.

A lovely apartment with an amazing balcony that we spent many a happy hour on. It's a great complex, the bar staff led by George were so friendly and nothing was too much trouble. There are lots of restaurants and bars within walking distance and old Paphos is delightful. You get free transfers from the bar to Rimini restaurant where we had a great night. Thanks to Andy and Alison, who own this apartment, for being very helpful, we can't recommend it enough.

The apartment was very nice clean and fresh looking , it was equipped with everything you needed and more , we have a fantastic week there , would recommend it to anyone wanting to stay in paphos

We have just returned from a week long stay at Alison's apartment in Paphos and were delighted with our holiday. The apartment was spotlessly clean and very welcoming. It is spacious with plenty of sleeping and living accommodation, which was ideal for our family of 3. We were able to put our 3 year old to bed and enjoy a drink on the very large balcony or within the open plan living area without disturbing him. Although the complex is set a little out of the main town and harbour area, it is within a pleasant 20 minute walk, which we enjoyed doing several times during the week. Alternatively, there is a bus stop directly outside the complex and taxis are plentiful and fairly priced. The complex itself is small and friendly, not being part of a major tour operator's portfolio. The poolside bar, run by George, is great; opening serving breakfasts and closing serving cocktails! The food there must be tried as it was all freshly made and very reasonably priced, we were very impressed and Rhys loved George's ice creams and milkshakes. All in all a fabulous holiday was had by all the Jones family and we will almost certainly be back. Thank you Alison for the loan of your lovely home from home! Huw, Clare and Rhys

We were a family of 3 and the apartment was spacious. We enjoyed 2 lovely weeks here and would love to return. The harbour was a 40 minute walk, and the old town 20 mins. Staff on the complex are friendly and helpful. My only negative to the holiday was not the apartment it was more that the pool area could do with a spruce up and broken loungers need to be replaced. We had an enjoyable holiday and would certainly recommend. Many thanks Gary & Jen

We had an amazing holiday. This apartment has everything you need, the location is great 10 mins from the main tomb of the kings road which you can pick up the bus to either the harbour or coral bay, it has a lovely pool even has a bar area with pool table. Alison has been great, quick to respond if you need anything and has made the whole booking process simple. We would definitely return to this apartment.

This was our first time to Cyprus and this apartment was perfect, very modern and in a great location. There was everything we needed in the apartment from water and beer in the fridge to free toiletries in the 2 bathrooms . Alison and Andy were very quick to return any email I sent and also sorted out a couple of queries straight away. We hired a car and toured a lot of the island but to get to the many bars and restaurants we walked to within 10 mins.. And I'm not the fastest of walkers. I recommend horse riding at Eagle Mountain.. They collect you from the Oracle Resort and the whole experience was amazing, also great fun was Lockdown Paphos. We loved going to Cocos bar for great cocktails and Asad the host was brilliant. Fav restaurant was Fat Mamas.. Make sure you go hungry as the portions were huge! All in all a fab holiday and recommend this apartment for all

This is my first time using a private apartment so I was very apprehensive about the whole process but I have to say after speaking to Alison she alleviated all my fears and I was happy to proceed. The apartment was exactly as described and was a definitely a "home from home" and had everything you needed to have a very comfortable stay. The apartment was immaculate. The veranda was amazing with a fantastic view of the pool. Supermarkets are all nearby and we found the butchers and a very well stocked farmers market within walking distance. We have been to Paphos on numerous occasions and unfortunately Kings of the Tombs road is still in a mess which is a shame as it is a fantastic stretch of road with lots of pubs, restaurants and shops. We did walk down to the harbour which was lovely particularly as the temperatures in early April were very comfortable. Wifi was okay but it seemed to work better on the veranda. I felt it was very good value at 10 euros for the week but a bit of a pain as it would cut out if you did not use it after a minute or so. I would definitely recommend this apartment hope to use it again in the near future.

Couple aged 64 and 66 We have stayed in this apartment twice this year. First visit in April / May. Our previous to Cyprus stayed in five star hotel but we wanted to try something different. Had never tried booking a private apartment and found this on Owners Direct website. Contacted the owners (Alison and Andy) directly and found them to be very helpful and professional in the booking process. They issue a contract for the rental period and all deposits, payments and refunds were made directly electronically via each other's banks. They also supply a map and directions to the apartment along with some other information. We found that their description of apartment and contents were as advertised on the website. The apartment is located in a quiet residential area approximately a ten minute walk from nearest bus stop on the Kings Road outside O,Neil's Pub. We pre booked a taxi directly from the airport and from the map of the Oracle complex provided by the owners had the taxi drop us outside the doorway of block B where the apartment is situated. We found the apartment to be spotlessly clean and contained virtually everything that would be required from a "home from home." The terrace is very large with two sun loungers, table and four chairs. The pool area is very clean and there is never a problem obtaining sun beds. There are three large supermarkets within easy reach.Lidl on the Kings Road, Carrefour in shopping mall on the Kings road and the Papantonio located in street by Debenhams, close to bus terminal harbour. Initially we took a taxi to and from Lidl for first main shop. It's best to book same taxi as that which takes you and have it come back after an hour or so as you cannot book one from the supermarket. The other supermarkets also have a selection of English brands. Even down to Richmond sausages!! Wi Fi is available at the complex. Payment to reception office with daily / weekly/ fortnightly and monthly rates.Rates are per device. First visit in May the Wi Fi worked all over the complex and in the apartment but it was extremely slow. The Wifi has now been upgraded and is now super fast it works all over the complex however can now only connect from the apartment terrace. Neither of us drive so bus and taxis are used. Bus is euro 1.50 trip or a day ticket ,for Euro 5.00 can be purchased on bus. Weekly ticket Euro 15.00 and Monthly ticket Euro 40.00 can only be purchased at bus terminal harbour. A stunning apartment in a lovely location. All the services you could need or want. Pool area lovely, very clean and tidy. All staff friendly. A fabulous hideaway if that's what you want, equally located within very easy reach of any amenity you might need. We're going back!

My husband and I stayed in the apartment in September 2015. When we arrived it was spotlessly clean – it was immaculate, we couldn’t be happier. The apartment was fully equipped with everything we could possibly need for a two week holiday – kitchen equipment and utensils – toiletries in the two bathrooms even beach towels for our use. The pool area is beautiful and well kept – getting a sun lounger is no problem anytime of the day. Staff running the bar were very helpful and friendly. The apartment is in easy walking distance to the bus stop, local shops and even Lighthouse beach which is peaceful and friendly. We found a car was not necessary as everything we needed was either in walking distance or on a bus route. Restaurants and bars are all within walking distance of the apartment We would definitely recommend this apartment for families or couples of any age.

This was our first holiday in Paphos, Cyprus and what a wonderful holiday we had. The apartment was immaculate, with its modern and spacious feel it had everything we wanted and more. The veranda was our favourite spot, it was lovely to be able to have the room to not only to eat outside but to also be able to sunbathe was a real bonus. We also loved sitting out there in the evenings especially with the twinkly lights and the gentle breeze going through the palm trees. It was also great to have information on hand when we first arrived about the local area such as places of interest, places to eat buses taxi’s etc. as we found this to be invaluable. The complex and the pool area were very clean and the staffs around the apartment were also very friendly and polite. We felt at ease to let our children (12&16) go off on their own whether to play in the pool or around the snackbar/ games area. The location of the apartment was fab, the main strip (the Tomb of the Kings road) was just a 10/15minute walk away and roughly the same distance to the old Town (but in the opposite direction) we found some really great restaurants and all reasonably priced too. The harbour is also worth visiting with lots of great restaurants. We will definitely be recommending this apartment to all our friends and family, a home from home holiday but with much better weather.
