Great stay at Villa Paulina
Ivan host very helpful with check in, transfers, suggestions. Home is spacious , clean, safe and walking distance close to historic old town and beaches. Coffee/ espresso maker in kitchen with beans. Towels for beach and pool available. 1936 historic home remodeled and modernized

This is a great property, located in the prime area of town with easy walking access (some hills FYI) to the Old Town / Old City. The house has all of the essentials. The host Ivan was, without a doubt, the top host that I have ever worked with in any rental property ever (for reference, I’ve probably rented ~35 homes in my life). He was so responsive, accommodating, service focused, client-first, flexible, understanding, etc. We had some small needs (WiFi went down temporarily) or grocery items or help with recommendations and he was amazing. I can’t recommend this house or this host any more confidently.

Our family gathered in Villa Paulina and had an amazing stay! The house and terrace are over-the-top wonderful. Ivan, the host, was so welcoming and helpful. We highly recommend this property.

This was a perfect experience. The host, the property, and the location…perfect. The host greeted us in the rain upon our arrival to assist us with our luggage and arrived at 4:20 am to assist us when we departed. He responded to our every need. He ensured we had the best experience. The property is everything you see in the pictures…. views, space to spread out, comfortable beds, a well equipped kitchen and the property is close enough to walk to town. Our entire group loved everything about this host and location…a perfect ending to a two week vacation. You won’t be sorry if you get the chance to book this property. Thank you, Ivan. We hope to see you again!

We had the best stay at Villa Paulina. The property is perfect -- well-maintained, lovely inside and out, and in a wonderful location. We had peace and quiet in our own space, and it was an easy walk to several beaches and to Old Town Dubrovnik. Ivan, the house manager, was incredibly responsive and helpful. Our weeklong stay was absolutely wonderful.

We had a wonderful time in Dubrovnik at Villa Paulina. The house is correctly represented in the pictures on VRBO. Ivan was a great host. He helped us plan our events. He stocked the kitchen with some treats and coffee for us. He quickly responded to all questions.
Villa Paulina is in a great location. Close to old town and the beaches.

We stayed in Villa Paulina for a week with our family of 6 adults and 4 kids. We have nothing but good things to say about the property and our host, Ivan! The view was gorgeous and the location was perfect! Would definitely recommend to anyone. You will not be disappointed!

Dubrovnik is amazing but staying at Villa Paulina while visiting Croatia was over the top!
We had an incredible Villa within walking distance to Old Town that was decorated beautifully and met all our needs. We were four retired couples that all had beautiful accommodations and tons of extra space. We loved the pool and hot tub and our host set up the most exquisite Chef dinner!
Villa Paulina is a beautiful property but the recommendations and assistance of our host, Ivan put it over our he top.
Would recommend this beautiful property to anyone interested in visiting an amazing country and staying in style!

We are a group of a dozen friends who have travelled together for nearly forty years. Ivan is one of the very best owners and hosts and his house is perfectly placed and beautiful, we have a wonderful time.

We were a family of 9 adults (ages 32-65) who thoroughly enjoyed our 7-night stay at Villa Paulina Sep3-10. The property was perfect for us. It was very comfortable, spacious, well-located (i.e., close to old town, shopping and two beaches within walking distance), offered beautiful views and the host was helpful and responsive. Transportation for longer distances was simple with Uber or taxis. I would not hesitate to recommend this villa to anyone considering a luxurious stay in Dubrovnik.

If I could award this property with an Oscar I would. So spacious, magnificent views, peaceful and located within a short walk to the hub of Dubrovnik. We all were taken aback with the generosity of incidentals and the starter pack of food in the ‘chef’s’ kitchen.
I could have stayed put and zen’d on the patio, floating in the pool or swimming in it against the pools’ jets. Then a relaxing soak with a penthouse view from the hot tub.
This is a must option.

Villa Paulina is a truly beautiful accommodation in Dubrovnik. We were a family of 10, and found the house to be very spacious with privacy for everyone. The rooms are spaced out and the house is extremely quiet even with so many guests. The highlight of the house is the incredible views from the balconies or the pool, where we spent all of our time at home. It is a very short walk downhill to Old Town, and a quick walk to several beaches (St. Jacob's was our favorite). The daily maid service was a treat. Ivan is super helpful and accessible. We enjoyed every minute and highly recommend Villa Paulina!

The location was perfect for walking around old town. Ivan was so kind and gracious. The View!
What a wonderful villa! Every room in the house has a stunning view of the Adriatic Sea. The terrace with the pool and hot tub all overlook the sea and there's a large dining table. There are balconies off of a few of the rooms. The commercial kitchen is fully stocked. Ivan was so helpful with arranging our trip, which was a 50th birthday celebration with friends, and he was a responsive communicator. The location is perfect, just a short walk up the hill from the beautiful, historic old town.

A wonderful experience!
Ivan is a pleasure to work with and made the entire stay stress free. The villa is beautiful and meticulously maintained. The view is spectacular from every room. We comfortably fit 10 adults. You can’t beat the location with an easy walk to Old Town. I would highly recommend Villa Paulina to anyone visiting Dubrovnik!

Fantastic location & responsive property manager
This property is in a great location!!! We were concerned about being outside of the old city but the house is an easy walking distance - 7 minute sidewalk with great views along the way. Comfortable and easy. That's not clear from prior reviews. Our property manager Ivan was attentive, caring and responsive. He did absolutely everything he could to ensure a wonderful stay including leaving us food when we arrived and arranging several other matters during our stay. Every time we reached out, Ivan responded immediately. The house is as advertised with great views and wonderful air conditioning. We loved the kitchen which was stocked with 2 different types of expresso machines...and complimentary coffee beans and pods. We're coffee people so this was very much appreciated. Also loved the ice machine and that the kitchen was fully stocked with everything needed. It was like a commercial kitchen with everything a chef would need. And Dubrovnik was amazing! Overall very happy.

Villa Paulina is a 5 star villa, it is by far the most beautiful villa we have stayed ever. Location could not be better and property is sparkling clean, During sunny days to seat at the terrace is priceless.

Amazing experience
It was absolutely amazing experience, better than in top hotels. I've stayed in so many great hotels but Villa Paulina is way better. Ivan and his stuff were fantastic and villa is huge and gorgeous! Furniture is great and views from the hot tub unbeatable.

Unique House
Villa Paulina is very unique house, so beautiful and it's location is perfect, just a few minutes from Old Town. Interior is so lovely, very spaceous and a lot of light, nice and big windows. Furniture is very expensive and timeless! Beds couldn't be better, very comfortable and linen are luxurious and soft.

Sehr schones Haus
Das Haus is sehr sauber. Die terrasse ist fur eine grosse familie perfect geschnitten. Zum Strand und backer ist nur 400 meters. Die parkplatze ist sehr gross, Villa Paulina ist sehr schone , idyllische Villa mit schone Terasse!

Stylish Villa
Villa Paulina offers a peacful retrait away from the hustle of every day life. The villa has 4 floors nicely decorated and a large terrace. Hot tub is perfect after all days long in the city. I like furniture very much, usually villas have ordinary furniture but it is not the case with Villa Paulina. Here you have very expensive design sofas, chairs, tables, lighting etc. It is a big surprise!!!.....also we had been eating from the finest porcelain dishes too.

By far the best villa we've stayed so far. It looks great, the location is absolutely great. Very professional minded stuff, meals cooked by chef were fantastic and collection of wines and champagne amazing.

Absolutely the best villa ever
Villa Paulina is so beautiful that one can not be more happy while staying there. We felt hospitality from the start, it really had been great vacation. Ivan is a great host, whatever needed to do to make our stay comfortable he had done. Thank you for great stay! House is very beautifuly furnished and king size beds are so comfortable.

Great stuff, nice villa
Our vacation was like a dream, from the first day till the last. We could not expected to have a better vacation, stuff and owner are very nice and professional. I like very much interior of Villa Paulina, terrace and location. It is just short walking distance. To wake up in the morning and seat at the terrace while eating breakfast is priceless!

The most memorable trip ever
Villa Paulina definitly was beyond our expectation! It is a splendid house with all amenities you can ever wish for. Dubrovnik is very beautiful city and Villa Paulina is just a short walk from Old Town. Bedrooms are gorgeous and beds incredibly comfortable. I hope I will be back here soon. The dream house
I stayed in Villa Paulina with my family and friends, I have to say that it was absolutely great vacation! The house is nicely designed and it is perfectly clean. We like so much paintings and art instalations, preserved furniture and professional kitchen. The wine collection is fantastic and we enjoyed listening music from sound systems.

Modern architecture
Villa Paulina is a contemporary house, it is a most beautiful home I have ever stayed in. Villa Paulina face the old town of Dubrovnik, you can enjoy the view of island Lokrum through the bedrooms and the view on old town from the balcony is spectacular! Daily cleaning and housekeeping is included. It was great vacation in Dubrovnik.

Villa Paulina is tremendous villa with fantastic views on island Lokrum and the Old Town. Beautifully furnished villa with six bedrooms, private pool, hot tub and sauna. Villa Paulina is a magnificent property and definitely I am coming back!
