The house itself was in a great location, and the backyard and pool was amazing for us guests to hangout at. A couple issues was when we arrived the sliding glass door was completely broken, tape/command strips all over the walls, trash outside, dirt in the bath tub, the floors were covered in dirt (feet were immediately black), there was stains all over the towels and the sheets. If you are a group of more than 11 adults I highly suggest looking elsewhere. the pullout bed was not a pullout bed made for an adult. The pullout bed was thinner than a mattress pad on hard wood, seemed like only 5ft in length, and they include air mattresses as sleeping spots. My fault as I missed that in the listing. Overall we enjoyed our stay, but expected it to be a lot cleaner as I went and bought cleaning supplies to clean up the counters and bathrooms.

We rented this house for a bachelorette party. It's in a great location and it was very easy to get Ubers to Old Town. The open layout was great for a group, we really enjoyed the large outdoor area, and the pool is great. The downside is that it's pretty clear this place cycles through a lot of bachelorette and bachelor parties as it was pretty run down in comparison to the pictures. The floors were dirty, there were stains throughout the house on the bedding, shower curtains, towels, all over the outdoor furniture, and spills around the pool area. Shannon did refund part of the cleaning fee for us, and I'm guessing we got it towards the end of a busy season, but in general this place did not meet the cleanliness standards I'm used to for a VRBO rental. Everyone complained about how uncomfortable the beds were too.

The house and pool were clean. Shannon was very responsive whenever I had questions during my stay. Highly recommend staying here!

This location was the perfect place for a group trip to Scottsdale. It was less than 10 minutes to the prime downtown area, and the neighborhood was quiet and easy to access. There was plenty of room for our group of 9 and plenty of space for more! We had a great time staying here!

The property was a beautiful open concept with a large outdoor space and plenty of light. Our bridal party was staying at the home before my wedding and we loved being able to watch movies and play games at the card table. It was about 15 mins from everywhere we needed to be. Shannon was super responsive when we needed help. Originally the front door code wasn’t working and the dishwasher ended up dying during our stay and she responded promptly. The kitchen pots and pans are a little mismatched and all over the place, but we had plenty of plates and cups for our group. The towels weren’t super plushy or luxurious, but they did their job. All in all a fun home that could maybe use a few touch ups on the details. Would recommend for anyone who wants a cozy bright style and a great communal space.

We stayed at the house for a long girls weekend! It was exactly what we were looking for and just as advertised.

We loved our stay! Perfect for 12 girls for a bachelorette. The open concept was amazing and we really enjoyed the outside space including pool, grill, and seating. Only complaint was that the floors were dirty (we all had black feet within an hour) and we saw a couple stains on towels/ sheets. Overall I do recommend!

Loved the house, except for the floors inside kitchen and living room were dirty upon arrival and everyone’s feet were black underneath. Had some trouble hearing back from the owner, but overall we loved the house and Shannon had plenty of plates, glasses, cleaning supplies to help make our stay even better. Great location for a VRBO, thanks for having us!

We rented this house for a bachelorette party and it had just about everything we needed. I would recommend when you have a large group staying, asking for a few more bath towels before your stay. Such a cute little place and so spacious. We fit 12 of us for three nights comfortably! When we had questions we messaged the owners and they responded almost immediately!

Our family of five (all adults) stayed at this property for 7 nights during COVID shut down. The house was very clean, kitchen had everything we needed to make meals at home, there was plenty of privacy for all yet the common area was comfortable to five adults to sit and watch movies and sporting events. The dining room table comfortably had 10 chairs around it - a perfect spot for games and individuals working on laptops. The backyard is perfect - a fire pit, heated pool, grassy area. And, a short walk from several HUGE parks. And the owner responded to our few questions very quickly. A high recommendation from frequent renters.

Really enjoyed our stay at this property. The owner has described the property exactly as it is. The pool was great. Neighborhood was nice and centrally located in Scottsdale. My daughter goes to school in Phoenix and will absolutely stay here again when I come to visit.

We were really disappointed in the lack of cleanliness and overall upkeep at this place - when we arrived we spent about an hour cleaning what should have been done before we got there. Dishes in cabinets were dirty, there was hair/bugs/crumbs in the drawers in the kitchen, surfaces in the bedrooms were dirty/dusty, sheets and bedding was stained or ripped and torn, the ice machine was blocked with something gross, there were random stains throughout the house, there were holes in the walls, and the outdoor seating area was not useable because of all the dirt/stains on the furniture. Considering we stayed post-Covid 19, we were shocked that the house wasn't cleaner. The property manager was responsive, which was appreciated. The kitchen, despite being dirty, was big and open which we loved since we used it quite a bit and hung out there at night. The pool was also great; the waterfall (when working) added a really pretty, spa-like touch. Thankfully we spent a lot of time in the pool. The location was fine - close to a grocery store and about a 5-10 minute drive to Old Town. We would not stay here again simply because of how poorly kept the house is - it looks nice at first glance, but there is a lot of maintenance/cleaning/repairs that need to be done for it to live up to its photos.

We enjoyed our stay very much. It is close to many restaurants and fun things in Old Town Scottsdale. We booked this house for a work retreat to get away and plan for the next year. It was a great space for us to plan, rest and relax.

The house is beautifully decorated and great for accommodating a group. Overall my experience was positive. There was a bit of miscommunication about the entry code which left us outside in the heat for a bit, but once we got inside, the house was a cool oasis. Throughout the stay we encountered a few things broken around the house which made me worry that I would be charged for them. I would recommend doing a walk through when you arrive to make sure everything is in working order. In the end I did not get charged for these things. It also seemed like this is a fairly new rental property as it did not have all the staples you might need such as sugar or pepper. But I’m not sure if those are expected in a rental usually. Overall I highly recommend staying at this place, it’s a great location with a perfect pool and outdoor area and beautiful and comfortable interior. It suited us perfectly!

This property was incredibly cute, clean, and way better than we could have expected. LOVED the outdoor space, and the bedroom set ups worked perfect for us. Shannon was very responsive and lovely, would definitely rent this house again!
