Good location opposite Taipei main station.

Staff not good in English . Opposite Taipei main station but very difficult to find hotel because it’s a maze underground coming fr mrt fr airport : (

The location is very good. Near the Taipei train station. My room is larger than I expected. It's clean and neat. The bidet didn't work. I called the front desk in order to fix it. I like the help yourself coffee maker provided in the social room. It has a laundry room for guests to wash the laundry. Yet, it's always busy and I need to take a number

The carpet is old and looked filthy. The laundry room is busy and long waiting when I try to do laundry.

1.距離車站很近，就在對面。 2.房間空間算蠻大的，還有沙發和小桌子，插座也蠻多的。 3.有全身鏡。 4.免治馬桶。 5.交誼廳有免費咖啡。

1.隔音真的有待加強，竟然聽得到隔壁的說話聲，冰箱也時不時發出噪音。 2.浴室洗手台竟然沒有熱水。 3.床不是很好睡，就是很一般硬硬的那種。

Great location. Easy access from Taipei main station. Super convenient with the shops at the door step. Love the free laundry service, what a bonus!

Being on the 19th floor inside a communal/business building, we had to wait for a little while for the lifts during office hours, there are many lifts though.

Good value for a 3 star property. It’s not a full fledged hotel (just a floor of rooms on the 19th level on what seems to be a commercial building) so there are not many facilities except for a common lounge / dining area and a laundry room (free!). Room is spacious and housekeeping is clean and efficient. Bed was a little hard but overall a comfortable stay. Location is convenient - opposite Taipei Main Station and next to a department store. Many nearby eateries and walking distance to National Taiwan Museum.

The shower area is a bit small as much of the space is occupied by a bathtub and the area is only partially enclosed so it’s easy to wet the non-shower area.

The room was very spacious and clean. The location was very central, just opposite Taipei Main Station with many food options in the area. Washers and driers were available for use and staff were helpful too!

The hotel was difficult to find at first. The rooms were not soundproofed enough, I could still hear the neighbours

Conveniently located at Taipei main station. Staff were friendly and helped us to receive our package even before our arrival when asked. You can choose to order the local goodies from the hotel too and have them delivered to the hotel.

Bathroom might seemed a little old as compared to the bedroom.

Close to train station and walking distance to major shopping area

Don’t really feel like a ‘hotel’ but rooms at a building. The balcony has no view at all.

I love location, facility, big space in room, good toilet with warm toilet seat and bathtub. I had free coffee in the morning everyday 😃♥️

First day there was a cigarette smell in room. But when I spray the deodorant, the smell disappears.

The location was very ideal- it is across taipei main station so very accessible. Spacious enough for 3 people. staff were very accommodating in terms of luggage storage before and after check out. There is also a lounge and toilet that can be used after check out. kudos sky19! 😊

Interior was a little bit old

It was conveniently located. Right next to all the trains and you could walk to a lot of places from there.

-the bed was very firm -there was mold in the bathroom -room smelled moldy -in general not very clean -we had a leak from the ceiling. It was yellow water. -the lobby was also very dirty with stained carpets and such. -dirty towels

Very convenient location to access bus and train services. Lots of food just around the corner. The staff were helpful and checked me in smoothly. The room was big for the price.

The instruction to the hotel could be clearer.

The bed was big enough for a 6.1 & 250 ponds man, and the bed was really comfortable. By the way, the smoking area was awesome too.

The bedroom of my room was kinda too small for a big man. when I was taking a shower, I couldn't stand up straight.

The toilet walls have cracks around. Can see small cockroaches. Bedsheets never change.

a bit hard to find

Location close to the Taipei main station and busy market streets nearby was great. Despite the hotel being on one floor in a tall building the elevators were never backed up. Bathtub was big and had very hot water. The mirror wall decorations were modern and sleek.

The hotel entrance was difficult to locate. We walked in a side door accidentally (where Google maps told us to go) and had to ask a guard how to get to the hotel elevator. There's no signage on the building showing the correct entrance. The hotel lobby was cluttered and disorganized but staff were nice and helpful. The hallways felt kind of dusty and dirty. The room wasn't dirty but there were random scuff marks on walls and the ceiling and it just felt very old with a slight attempt to keep it updated. The room's balcony was tiny and basically useless.
