Except for towing the luggage for about 50m, overall, the place is good

Perfect location for this Chinese hotel, in the heart of the pedestrian zone. The staff answered to all our requests, making a good 3 nights stay

Poor breakfast but you can have it outside, not far from the hotel.

One of the best places to stay in Suzhou! Everything was perfect. It is a very comfortable, nice and clean place for a good price. next to the famous street and a river so you can walk. Also in the hotel there is a beautiful garder on the second floor. Good for relaxing and drinking tea.

The owner spoke English well, the location is excellent for visiting Pinjiang Rd and the train station. Easy to get around to visit the canal. Bed was comfortable, room clean, shower nice.

There's nothing in particular I didn't like. The TV, like most Chinese hotels, only has subscription channels so you need an account to watch things. I couldn't find actual TV channels, but it's not a big deal. You're there to see the sights.

Quiet and peaceful area. Style of the room is a bit like Japanese. The room is cozy and comfortable.

The property is located just next to the Pingjiang road, but remains very calm. The room was very comfortable (especially for a family with kids) and the staff adorable and responsive for every request (from a phone charger to a breakfast served in the room)!

For weekend stay in Suzhou, this place was just perfect!

Location is superb, just two minutes' stroll along a canal to the amazing Pingjiang Street, the main shopping and sightseeing part of Old Suzhou.

Location and decor where perfect. The actual bed itself was comfortable. If you need a place to only sleep for the night you've found it.

It was a comfortable sleep. That was all. Things from the guests previously staying in our room had not been taken out. Though the bed looked made, it did not look like full clean sheets. Though I paid for the first room we were taken to the lock was broken, and though yes that meant we ended up with a nicer room, our breakfast was also forgotten, much less they didn't seem to have the ability to even make breakfast, much less again, they seemed to have nowhere to eat one had they been able to make one. Don't get me wrong the people we interacted with were of a lovely nature however finding them was in itself a feat as often there was no one there. On discovering there was no hot water for the showers for instance, no staff member could be found to tell.
