Salotto con schermo piatto, Internet TV, lettore DVD, impianto stereo Bluetooth e Wifi. Piscina privata, vasca idromassaggio a 6 posti. Sala giochi con tavolo da biliardo, home cinema con sintonizzatore AV per collegare qualsiasi dispositivo o console di gioco, letto matrimoniale, divano letto, bagno con doccia. Letto matrimoniale al piano terra, W. C. con doccia.

Parcheggio fuori strada. Situato nella migliore zona residenziale di Puerto Del Carmen -Calle Taburiente, Los Mojones. Long promenade with lots of shops/bars/ restaurants only 10 min walk away. Great bus service too, bus stop just a few mins walk away and Lidl 7 mins walk away. You have everything you need at close proximity. Only downside is the pool is on the narrow side but we still had a great time. Villa is lovely and has everything you need.

Villa was lovely, spacious and very clean. Great area, close to Biosfera. Communication was brilliant with both host and property manager, very accommodating with check in and out times.
As a frequent visitor to Puerto del Carmen this was one of our best stays.

We all had a lovely time staying here. When we arrived, we found the instructions for the villa were very helpful.
Once inside, the villa was very clean. The villa was about 10 minutes walk from the majority of the bars and restaurants, although there are others closer. We recommend Sal y Pimienta for paella.
The bedrooms had plenty of wardrobe space and the beds were comfy.
The kitchen was well equipped with all equipment and appliances. We were spoiled for choice for what we wanted to watch on TV, especially if the weather was cloudy. Then there's the pool table in the basement. Great for a bit of family competition!
Outside, there were plenty of sunbeds for us to use. The hot tub was amazing. The pool was lovely.
Thank you to Tina for letting us rent the villa, and also thank you to Nikki, Jack and Nat - who kept the villa, pool and hot tub clean. There was great communication from everyone. Thanks again.

The villa exceeded all expectations, the host had thought of everything to make our stay comfortable and hassle free. The Villa itself was exceptional and the location and surrounding facilities exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend

Lovely villa, excellent value for money. Only 5 mins to many bars & restaurants. Close by is a Lidl & spar. The villa feels very safe & secure; Communication with Nikki was excellent, always helpful. The only slight downside was the weather but it didn’t spoil the holiday. Will hopefully be back soon!

Lovely villa in a good location , but tired in places , good Aircon in the bedrooms , lovely kitchen (needs a scissors) leave the dishwasher tabs & wash tabs for next person it’s so handy!!
Need a linen change midway for longer let’s!!

Fabulous villa, so well equipped, comfy beds, great entertainment, close to supermarkets and shops. Easy walking to the main strip and beach. Great location. Lovely warm pool and hot tub with amazing views. Great communication with the own and caretaker. Highly recommend.

We really enjoyed our break at Tina's villa. Its in a great location near the marina and has everything you need and more! Its also not too far from the beach if you are looking to go there. Overall we loved our holiday there and cant thank Tina and Nikki enough.

Nice property, could do with an update as certain areas a bit tired but still a lovely villa, pool is a lot narrower than what it looks in the photos but it was still big enough for my older kids to have fun in, pool was very cloudy on arrival but a quick call to Nikki the housekeeper and jack the pool guy was straight over to sort it out, the hot tub is a great addition, the pool table in the basement was also great as a place to cool down when the sun got too hot.
Location is good, only a 10 min walk to the beach and loads of bars/restaurants, Lidl 5 min walk from villa. Communication with Tina the owner and Nikki the housekeeper was excellent, couldn’t be more helpful if they tried.

We all throughly enjoyed our holiday thanks to this great little villa which has everything you need. It’s well located for walking to the beach, shops, old harbour restaurants and supermarket. The pool and hot tub were fab to relax in after a day exploring the island.
Tiny parts of the villas could do with an update however it was brilliant value for the money. The cupboards had all the essentials (salt/oil/dish soap etc) and there were some thoughtful and useful extras (such as blankets for sitting outside earlier on in the season and separate towels for the beach).
I really would recommend this villa!

Had a wonderful, chilled holiday in this lovely house. Terrace has full sun all day as does the pool. House is so comfortable, fully stocked with books and a few games of the kids are travelling with you...pool table and card games. Excellent communication between the owner and the care taker. House located on a hillside so it's good for working off the evening meal on the way home. Pool lovely, hot tub lovely, everything lovely! Thank you.

Great location and everything was perfect with the villa. We were unlucky with the weather, but it is February and it was still warmer than back home. Found some lovely restaurants in the old town. Would deffo stay again at Tina’s place.

We were very happy with the holiday accommodation. It had everything we needed, and was only a short walk to restaurants, shops and the beach. We especially enjoyed unwinding in the hot tub and using the pool. We were able to park behind the property. Would definitely book this villa again.

Delayed Birthday Trip but was worth the wait. Villa was ideal and the location was central to old and new Town. Communication with the owner and Housekeeper was excellent.
The only down side was the weather, could have been warmer but hey we cant control everything. Would definately recommend

Just home after a wonderful week in Lanzarote. The property was very clean and tidy and had lots of extra thoughtful touches which made our stay very comfortable. We were a family of four with young children (under 1 and 5 years) and the fenced pool area, high chair and cot were perfect for us. This property is great for families. The pool was lovely and warm for the kids and the rooftop terrace was great for the adults to enjoy when the kids went to bed. Tina was very helpful with arrangements in advance and Nikki checked in during our stay, even cleaning the pool half way through our stay. We can’t wait to return. Thanks Tina & Nikki. It’s a 5 star from us.

Excellent villa which catered every need for our first family holiday. Tina was excellent with contact from initial booking to our stay, and once here Nikki was also helpful and the extra little touches were very well thought of and appreciated.
The location was great for easy access to both the new and old town with plenty of good places to eat and drink within a short walk. Bus stop round the corner too.

Very relaxing stay
Had a great break and was completely able to unwind and relax at the villa. Great communication with Tina and Nikki, even allowed to arrive slightly earlier than usual check in time. Any issues that did arise where quickly dealt with, couldn't ask for a better service.
The villa is as advertised and we all had a great time.
Highly recommend this villa and wouldn't hesitate to book again if going back to Lanzarote

Really enjoyed our stay. Communication with Tina was excellent and Nikki was very helpful while we were in Lanzarote. The villa is near to many restaurants and bars and literally 3 mins walk from biosphera shopping centre.

Perfect location
Situated perfectly between the old & new town with easy access to all that PDC has to offer. Also, short stroll to the beach. However, quiet location too. A real home from home, we wanted for nothing.

Rooms were clean and comfortable, pool was just enough for a cool down dip after a day at the beach and you are only a 5 min walk from the old town harbour and Lidl. Really recommend playa chicca over all the other beaches and we only ate at the old town restaurants so can't compare to the strip.
Tina the owner and Nikki the house keeper were both very welcoming and in constant communication so if there had been any issues I am confident that they would resolve quickly, however everything was perfect.

Wonderful Family vacation house
Wonderful stay with our family of 5. Nikki the property manager was great and attentive. I would recommend this place for any family looking for a place tha meets everyone's needs. Pool, hot tub, billirds and a projector in the basement. We loved it!
