Breakfast was not included. Location was good, but additional signage at the entrance, visible from the main rad could prove beneficial. (Taxis found it challenging to find the property).

Internet connectivity was challenging. We got one device connected and the others never connected throughout our time at the facility. We were provided with the correct password.

Clean and luxurious feels like home

We had to make an emergency booking with Mrs. Ferguson. The original place we booked literally flooded when we arrived. I called after booking after-hours and Mrs. Ferguson answered right away and was our angel in a horrible situation. She whisked us away to an EXCEPTIONAL home away from home. We are blessed to have had the experience of staying at Tropical Luxury Dreams!

Everything was immaculate. Incredibly clean and sanitized. Pool-side, and a walk to the beach when open after COVID! Mrs. Ferguson even ensured and arranged that we made it to the doctor to get COVID tests so that we could get back to the States with no problems. She and her team goes above and beyond to make Ochi your home while there. We will be back and will tell everyone about Tropical Luxury!

It reminded me of Extended Stay America Hotels with the total home facilities but spacious and probably cleaner. Everything we needed was available and the kids enjoyed their stay. Home away from home.

I do not know of anything negative that I could comment about.
