Not too expensive, comfy, staff is very friendly (gave me hot water for my coffee) and location is near kota beach and Mj square. There is a cafe, convenience store, pharmacy nearby. All walkable from the property.

We went last march. The aircon can’t handle the heat during noon time, but no problem in the evening.

perfect location, had a private bathroom and cool air conditioning.

The room smelt really bad (sort of sulphur like) and it wasn’t coming from the drains in the bathroom so that was almost more unpleasant. The smell also wasn’t the sort you get used to over time. Glad we only stayed one night.

I like the facility because it is near in the MJ square where a lot of restaurants serves foods and walking distance to Kota beach. The staff is very kind to us and explain to us everything.

I didn't like the booking system. Because, we book in advance just to have a hassle free before we arrive in our accomodation. But sadly in the day of our departure time, we arrive in our accommodation but the owner didn't give some notice to their staff that we will arrive in that day. Also we choose a delux room upper floor but instead they give us the lower floor. Luckily the staff is very accommodating and kind to us, and try her best just to give us 2 spots of room in the upper floor.

The staff were very accommodating and helpful to us, the wifi and data connection was really good and location was near to restaurants,and other tourists spots in bantayan.

It's super close to MJ Square, Three Sixty Pharmacy, and most importantly, walking distance to the beach. Jenalyn was nice and accommodating. She arranged our land tour and transport to port. Room looks the same as the photos. I'll book here again.

The sound from the ac was a bit disturbing at night but manageable.
