Pool, location to tram, restraunts and supermarkets all walking distance. Cleanliness of apartment.

Bed was abit firm and creaky.

Spacious, spotlessy, clean 3 bedroom apartment on 2nd floor. Lovely living area with well equipped kitchen.( no toaster) Tiny narrow balcony, barely accommodate two people. Location approx 4 mins walk from beautiful beach and amazing prom and tram stop.

Outdoor space was disappointing. Narrow balcony with restricted sun until early afternoon. Communal pool area had no sunchairs or sun beds. Fixed Bench seating along by wall and picnic table available. Lacked somewhere to enjoy the evening sun. Also had to give 300€ deposit on arrival. We stayed 5 nights and returned for another 4 nights booking after a trip to Valencia and had to pay the €300 deposit again. This showed no regard for our previous visit. We are a retired couple who left apartment in excellent condition

Great location close to the beach and supermarket and tram station, spacious living room and bedrooms, smart TV. clean.

1) the apartment was missing some toiletries (shower gel, soap in both bathrooms, etc) and basic kitchen stuff like olive oil or some water (the water from the tap smelled funny). I’d assume most of the bookings are for short stays and buying a whole bottle of shower gel or olive oil is wasteful and unnecessary. these are just “nice to haves” that are not mandatory but really good gestures. 2) we weren’t explained fully some details of the house like where is what, Wi-Fi password (there were 3 different passwords that we found and the correct one was very hard to read out from the paper) 3) late check in fee is €50, and €63 if paid with card!

A bit noisy lots of door slamming by other residents.

Price/quality is really good. The area is easy to access beach and take the tram to go to alicante or el campello.

Met the host who went through check in and facilities, took a deposit and handed over the keys... Had a slight issue with a leaking tap but Ricardo was on the ball to arrange a plumber to fix it first thing the next morning as we arrived in the evening, cant fault him in any way...

Great location and close to the beach and the metro for getting into Alicante. Owner was very accommodating and did his best to help, recommend places to visit or eat at, arrange taxis, answer questions, etc.
