The picture showing on the website is not the same as room. We have asked for the room as per picture and we have been charged additional fee for the upgrade ( to the room which was shown on the picture) Air conditioning wasn’t working. Water was leaking from the aircon. No action taken by the management.

Great location, clean and cozy apartments, good wi-fi. Water, tea, coffee and sugar were available in the apartments. High quality soap/shampoo. Lobby with sofa. Entering to the apartment with codes.

The tram is very loud near apartment. No washing machine, but it was mentioned in the list of appliances.

Late check in because apartment was still being cleaned when we arrived. No wifi and host did not respond to questions. You can hear the tram at night so bring ear plugs.

Great location, a few minutes from old town. Apartment was very clean with a kitchenette with all the necessary equipment: microwave, dishwasher, induction stove. Staff is nice, reachable and quickly responsive via application.Great value for money.

Location was great. Kitchen very useful. Plenty of hot water, great air conditioning.

It was cramped for a couple, Overlooking a busy sometimes noisy street, No holder for toilet paper or enough hooks in the bathroom. Toilet seat very narrow and uncomfortable.

The location was excellent and most attractions are walkable. The room is big and with plenty space of storage. The kitchen is well equipped and you could find everything you need.

The floor in the shower floor is quite thin and I felt like not secure to stand on it. Its a bit awkward. The bed is not that comfortable as well.

Location in city, comfy, equipment for eating, many drawers and cupboards for the stuff, clothes etc.

Ramen Restaurant on the ground floor sometimes a bit smelly of garlic and fried stuff (our room was on the 2nd floor, end of corridor). We miss a peg or two for the towels in the bathroom and a place for the toilet paper.

amazing location just 5 minutes from town square. great communication from staff too. can be a bit difficult to find reception though.

Not a double bed in the room

Nice room.

The noise from the trams is intolerable, even on the higher floors and during the night. Keeping windows closed doesn't keep the screeching noise out. On lower floors the vibrations from passing trams can even be felt. This information is very much understated on booking.com and not provided on the main page.

Stunning and comfortable place in a modern building right in the city center!

Great location, very close to old town centre. The studio was clean and spacious. Very comfortable bed. Nice kitchen facilities, including tea and coffee.
