The staff were nice and the main area was really nice.

The room doesn't look like the picture. The room was poorly cleaned with mold in corner of tubs, hair on floor, counter and tub. The towels were hard and the robe low quality. The place has potential but small details need attention.

We were so surprised to find the washer and dryer. They room was so well appointed and clean.

Street noise made it hard to watch TV but didn’t interfere with sleep.

This is a great little hotel with full service rooms that include washer and dryer and full kitchen. The furnishings are modern and funky, the location is central to shopping and sightseeing.

The only complaint I have is my room was facing the street and it was very loud at night, into the wee hours, making sleep difficult. I stayed in room 206. Next time I will request a quiet room, central part of the hotel

It is more like having an apartment than a hotel room. There are closets and storage. Friends staying down the street at the AC had none. The staff is very friendly and helpful. The full sized washer and dryer were a real plus. I would put my daily clothes in the machine and then ran one load on the last night. The premium coffee and beverage station in the lobby was great.

The parking is a bit distant, but free. I never had a problem finding a space.

We liked the spacious suite and separate rooms. Very convenient for walking to places we wanted to go. Excellent staff - very helpful.

The price is really high. We did this as a treat on our way home from another city. Due to pricing, this is not where we'd stay for multiple nights.

Floors are old and very creaky. Room above was walked and made a lot of noise. Bedroom was Beverly small.

The Windsor was so helpful and accommodating for our big group of girls on our trip. They went above and beyond to give exceptional service. It was centrally located we could walk everywhere and the suites were perfect. I would definitely stay here again.

The location was convenient, but another hotel in the same street. Not worst to pay that price when others offer better services and products with the exact location.

The property pretends to be a boutique hotel; however, without the infrastructure and service needed for charging a rate as a 5-star hotel. The installations are ancient, little hot water, old bathtub, unit ac, instead of the central one, Old coffee machine, no lounge, no restaurant, no service, you have to take you bag, bring water, etc. to your room, the Lobby is tiny and without a place to stay, meet or work. Very disappointing.
