elegante villa a 3 piani con angolo cottura a 2 piani con cucina separata / sala da pranzo, al piano superiore si trova la camera da letto principale con un letto matrimoniale che si apre su una bella terrazza solarium, una seconda camera da letto con 2 letti singoli e un bagno con vasca / doccia, al piano inferiore è la terza camera da letto con 2 letti singoli, un bagno con vasca / doccia, una cucina completamente attrezzata e una lavanderia, il soggiorno di buone dimensioni con internet tv si apre sulla grande terrazza solarium con barbecue e piscina privata riscaldata con energia solare, clorata di sale (elettrica riscaldatore disponibile nei mesi più freddi a un costo aggiuntivo) villa è a circa 10/15 minuti a piedi dalla strada principale / spiaggia di Puerto del Carmen. se le date non sono disponibili, controlla la nostra proprietà villa blue skies 1 (6874251)

Beautiful Villa, excellent location & very clean. Jim came most days to clean the pool. I would highly recommend & will definately try and book for next year.

I stayed 3 weeks and it was great spending time in the quiet neighbourhood, short walk from the beach and restaurants. The house had all comforts you need and Samantha and Jim were great and friendly hosts. Internet was fast and tv with movies and international channels. Lots of sunbeds with pillows and a seating and bbq area. In November the pool was a bit too cold for my liking. Would recommend.

We as a family have been coming to Puerto Del Carmen for a number of years and have stayed in numerous villas.
This last visit was our forth to Villa Blue Skies 2. We would always book Villa Blue Skies 2 if available for the dates we require, as in our opinion the villa and location are second to none.

This is our 3rd stay at villa blue skies 2, it is spacious and well equipped for a week or longer holiday with a large patio & upstairs terrance that are both in the sun all day and a small pool, one bedroom/bathroom is downstairs so ideal for those with reduced mobility, bathrooms are due an refurb in December but apart from being a bit dated are perfectly acceptable.
Due to its location it is nice an quiet at night but only a 10 minute walk (or 3.50 euro taxi ride) to/from the main strip of Puerto Del Carmen.
Communiction from the owner was excellent.
Overall a great place to stay with friends & family, look forward to a return visit when we next need a 3 bedrooom villa in Puerto Del Carmen.

We had a lovely time at Villa Blue Skies 2. Sam was very efficient from the start and even agreed an early check-in for us. The villa was spotlessly clean and the location was great. 10 minutes to the beach and restaurants with a Hiperdino and Spar within walking distance. Sam even left us some essentials for when we arrived. All in all a wonderful stay. We will definitely be back. Thank you Sam 😊

Excellent communication with Samantha throughout. The toaster didn't work, after messaging Sam, her brother brought a brand new one round within half an hour! Brilliant service.
Also, thanks so much for the Wine, water & milk left in the fridge, it was much appreciated.

Great Villa
We had a lovely holiday at this 3 bedroomed villa. It has excellent furnishings and is well equipped with everything you need to make your holiday enjoyable. The swimming pool is so clean as is all the villa. We particularly liked the upstairs terrace with fantastic views of the mountains. The owners, Sam and Jim, were on hand for any queries or problems and made us feel so welcome. We would love to return to this villa as soon as possible.

Lovely spacious property.
Excellent property on corner plot with great outdoor space where you can always find the sun, villa is spacious with three good sized bedrooms and ample storage space. Upstairs terrace is a lovely space where you get sunshine from sunrise till sunset.
Great WiFi and TV package, all UK and Sky channels and extensive internet movies available.
The villa is an easy 10min stroll to the main promenade, with a well stocked Spar closer by.
Sam and Jim were excellent hosts, always on hand if needed, we thoroughly enjoyed our four week stay and would not hesitate booking again.
