Great facilities, comfortable beds, lots of sunbeds and a great atmosphere in the complex. Staff were extremely nice in all areas. It’s my third time staying and I will be back

El personal era muy muy agradable! El apartamento muy moderno y cerca de todo.

El suelo no estaba limpio. Salió de debajo de la cama una pelusa enorme lleva de pelos. Cuando llegamos, la ducha también tenía pelos. Lo dijimos en recepción. Vinieron a limpiar pero seguía sucio

Apartment lovely and spacious, staff lovely and food was very good .

There are not enough sunbeds and umbrellas, and I had to get up every morning early on holidays to get a bed. Loads of space for more beds , I hated,been involved in the sunbed wars.

In a great location not to far from centre it is ideal if hiring a car as great for parking as in central Puerto Del Carmen it is difficult to park. Clean and modern apartment.

Plastic chairs on apartment terrace not comfy and no umbrellas for shade ,also disappointed that the pool bar was not open had been informed beforehand that it was closed but would be open for the 11th May we left on the 18th May and it still was not open you could still get drinks from a temporary bar but it had limited seating area and no atmosphere.

The staff on reception are friendly and helpful, rooms are cleaned mostly every 2 days so everything was always spotless, even the cleaning staff always greeted us and said good morning they are so lovely, the supermarket attached to the building was so handy and it had everything we needed, the pool area was always clean, there is a luggage room if your flight is in the evening, close to the shops and beach only a 10 min walk, overall we had an amazing time at bitacora and we will definitely come back next year :)
