The room, the cleanliness and the view with the pool.

The rooms are clean, comfortable, and have great views. You won't find a better value in this price range. What impressed me the most was the management, always going above and beyond expectations, especially ma'am Tess.
The elevators can be slow during peak hours.

The host and all stuffs was very nice and made our stay very comfortable and welcoming. There are air conditioners in all bedrooms and the living room. You can see all of Cebu City and the building's priority safety(no outsider can come easily, and they have metal detectors).
It was a very long wait at the elevator, which was the building problem, not the room itself. The only problem in the condo is that the restroom don't have proper ventilation and no washer available (maybe if you asked them).

the only good thing about the property was the lady who checked me in and took care of my luggage
The unit is extremely old, it looks deeply dirty even if it was clean on the surface. The room was not ready at check in time, it was a few minutes late and even then I had to wait longer for a clean towel. the blanket on the bed had no sheets, and as I know the people before me checked out right before I checked in I highly doubt it was washed. Bathroom was okay, even though everything is so old but of course it could be cleaner. and then on top of all that the worst was the elevators there are only three working for sooo many people so you cannot breathe in there after waiting for at least 5 minutes for it to come sometimes longer and there is a guard in there asking everyone where is their floor which really made the process slower. It is my worst stay in the Philippines so far, next day I moved to a hotel just 5 minutes away, same price but 100% better. I do not recommend this place.

not much to be honest. the view was good though
lots. it’s not often that booking.com’s ratings are do drastically out. but they were in this case. the property was rated good and it was anything but that.
the problems started right from when we drove into the premises. the security guards were rude and un helpful. once we eventually got into the flat we found that the furnishings were tired and in need of upgrading, especially the main sofa, the toilet in the master bedroom was out of order, as was the microwave, there was only crockery for 4 people, when we had paid extra for two additional people, the Wi-Fi was not working (but this was fixed later on) and the TV cable box was not working - this was not fixed.
we will not be re visiting this place again!

The view was amazing , nice little balcony, pool was nice , great location , 3 Aircon units kept the apartment and rooms perfect temp .nice size rooms
Could use some maintenance repairs only one bathroom had a bidet working , only one pot worked to cook with and one frying pan . Need more utensil and cutlery.

Beautiful view , big and bright , each room is air-conditioned seperate and living erea . The staff is soo friendly .
The condo amenities like utensils and cookware was a little lacking . The cable was not working and not a smart tv so no other option to watch tv or stream.

The location, the unit and the facilities are great and perfect. Staffs are responsive and accommodating. I love the panoramic view from the balcony. Looking forward to stay in the same room in the future with hubby.

The unit itself is nice, it has a nice view and the host was very accommodating and kind.

The apartment was exactly what we wanted in term of size and location, however from day 1 we noticed there were cockroaches all over the apartment. We counted at least 30 over the course of our stay including a massive one in our bedroom. We lodged a complaint with the caretaker of the apartment and the manager. Neither were proactive in dealing with our complaint. We were told that the whole building had issues with cockroaches. We stayed in 41E for a week, and then moved for 2 nights to 43P, but they managed the cockroaches far better in 43P as we had no issues there at all. The owner and manager of 41E need to do a far better job and respond better to their customers. There customer service was appalling.. Suggest that anyone planning to stay here avoids apartment 41E.
