It was a great weekend experience

We really enjoyed our stay at this condo. It was cozy, comfortable, easy to find, and located within a 10 minute drive to all the great restaurants. Michael was a great host with drinks in the fridge and coffee available. We would definitely stay again.

It was the perfect place for our family weekend in Greenville. Very convenient, clean and comfortable. Will probably stay there again in the future if available. We highly recommend this unit and location.

This is such a wonderful property with plenty of space and a great location. The property was clean and comfortable and the host has tried to think of everything possible to make your stay an easy one. I will definitely plan to stay here again!

Bon Secours Wellness Arena is right across the street so no parking issues or waiting in traffic to worry about. Very comfortable beds, whole location is very clean, and the kitchen is well stocked with utensils and necessary items. The main street is quite busy and loud which can be helped by using ear plugs or some other noise cancelling devise when wanting to sleep. Thank you for such an enjoyable home to stay in!

My friends really loved the place. My sister and I consider it our "home away from home". Convient to downtown as well as other favorite spots of our. We will be back!

My friend and I were in town for 2 nights and the condo was just great. We also caught a concert at the arena and it was so conveniently located!

We enjoyed this little condo in downtown Greenville. Nicely decorated and included some kitchen staples too. The host was easy to communicate with and the bedrooms were expansive. Beds also a fantastic size. You can walk to the coliseum if needed. A short few blocks to main street. Will be staying again if the need arises!

This place would be ideal for a show at the coliseum! A little ways from downtown but walkable and the condo had everything we needed, very comfortable seating and beds, very spacious rooms! I would bring something to play music on as you can hear traffic from road a lot but otherwise a great stay!

We rented to look around to see if we might want to move to Greenville. Unfortunately we only were able to stay 2 nights of our week reservation due to a family matter. Hopefully we can come and visit again in the future.

This was my third time to stay at this property. I really enjoy it. It's comfortable and conveniently located to downtown Greenville. I brought my daughter and her friend and they loved it too. Michael thinks of everything you could ever need. I will be back!

The property is perfect if you are attending an event at the BSWA. You don't have to pay to park because you have a parking pass with the condo and you have about 200 steps to walk to the arena. Everything you need is in the condo. Very well stocked with large rooms. Very nice and I'll be returning.

Clean property and well stocked with supplies but farther out of town than I would have liked

I'll start off by saying that I will stay here again anytime I'm attending an event at the Bon Secours. The biggest factor is the location could not be more perfect as it's just a few minute walk to the venue (this was a huge convenience). It was in a safe well lit area with free on the street parking (with two parking tags) right in front of property. It was a well furnished and fully stocked property (plenty of towels, but has washer and dryer if you needed to wash anything). The beds were very comfortable. It had everything you could need. Owner was quick to respond and a pleasure to communicate with.
