La residenza gode di una posizione privilegiata. Si trova nella zona più esclusiva e tranquilla di Corralejo. Accesso privato e diretto alle piccole insenature e spiaggia di Corralejo, vicino al piccolo molo della zona commerciale e turistica. Ideale per gli sport acquatici come il surf o il windsurf o semplicemente per fare un tuffo in mare per 3 o 4 minuti a piedi o in piscina privata, sempre con la de Lobos e Lanzarote fronte Isla. Si trova in un momento tranquillo ma molto centrale. È possibile raggiungere a piedi tutti i luoghi di svago e Centro Comercial El Campanario. Nella parte posteriore del centro è la stazione degli autobus che parte ogni mezz'ora per la spiaggia più vicina a El Cotillo e Puerto del Rosario. A 5 minuti di auto ha le 2 grandi spiagge bianche di Corralejo, expectaculares. Al termine di una di esse è una zona nudisti. 3 minuti dalla villa c'è un Pitch and Putt gli amanti del golf a 9 buche.

Stayed here previously which is why we chose again. Sergio is a great guy & was there to meet us Great location. Maybe a little update would be good with few things but overall lovely!sbiclean

We Stayed here in April 24. The property is amazing, spotlessly clean, spacious and welcoming. There is a shopping complex with a hiper dino, restaurants & bars within a 5 minute walk and the main strip is just 10 minutes away. The main bedroom has amazing views across to Lobos island and Lanzarote and there is a large roof terrace which gets the sun all day. There a some small changes that would make this property even better. A table and chairs is needed on the main bedroom. Terrace and the roof terrace and a barbecue would be of benefit, there is a gate with direct access to the beach, however this could not be opened so we had to walk a litte further to the beach. We will definitely book again, the owner and property manger were very friendly and the communication was good.

Had a very enjoyable 11 days. Good location, seconds from the seafront. 5 minutes from Campanario centre with shops, bars & restaurants. 15 min walk to the strip. Views from the 3 terraces are great. Communications good & flexible check in, with Sergio waiting to greet us. Would definitely book again.

The property is ideally located. Close to beach, shops and local services. It’s not too far into town and a lovely walk.
Alberto, the owner is very helpful as is the manager Sergio.
Thanks again for a lovely week. We’re booked in again for next year.

Excellent location, close to Campanario shopping centre and 10 mins walk into town.
Fantastic views over Corralejo bay.
Well equipped and exceptionally clean.
There is sun all day on one of the 3 terraces, nice shaded seating and eating area.
Could do with a couple of new sunbeds and some patio furniture on the bedroom terrace.
Would definitely return.

The villa was clean and tidy, everything we needed was on hand and a local supermarket just 5 mins away. The selection of sun terraces and the pool made for a very relaxing holiday.

Situated within walking distance of beaches, bars and restaurents yet far enougth away for a peacefull stay. Good communication from owner and excellent flexiable check in service from the property manager who was always on hand if needed. Will be back.

Very happy with the property although would say not suitable for elderly as lots of stairs. Loved it overall, great seating area out the back with great views, lovely balcony with great views from bedroom and then the roof top where the views just get better. Love that you can actually hear the sea from the bedroom and the best view from a shower I have ever had. Very convenient for everything walk along the coastline or out the front to main strip where lots of shops and places to eat or just sit and watch the world go back. Would definitely return.

Nice, clean and tidy villa.
Great view of Lobos and sea from bedroom even better view from the roof terrace of Lanzerote.
I cannot fault the villa apart from all the channels on the TV are in German. But we watch the Lionesses win the Euros on it which was the most important thing we want to watch during our stay.
I would highly recommend a stay in the villa and holiday in Fuerteventura. Will be returning soon.

A great apartment. There are 4 levels:
The pool area,
The lounge, dining kitchen and balcony level,
The bedrooms level, also with balcony,
And the roof terrace.
All the upper levels have sea views and effectively you can sunbathe all day long if you wish.
Overall a very pleasant experience and I can recommend it to anyone.

Just the ticket for a relaxing break in colourful Corralejo
We came on a joint holiday having had some time in Playa Blanca on Lanzarote. The journey was simple, & it was a pleasure to get to the house. It has everything you could want in it regarding utilities (even a tumble drier), plenty of outdoor space, a pool, amazing views of the sea & Los Lobos island. The property manager was Sergio, who was lovely, & real a bundle of positive energy. Nothing is too much trouble for him, & he was great.
The location was great, a minute walk to a cool little "popcorn" beach, & if you walk up the coast it's about 15 minutes to the "old town" & port of Corralejo.
There are plenty of shops just 5 minutes walk away to stock up on essential goods.
All in all could not fault this place, it's a gem!

Perfect location
What a simply lovely place to stay! The villa had everything we needed and is very comfortable. The location is brilliant- short walk into Correlejo. The views are AMAZING! Communication was excellent too. We’ll be back!

Corralejo villa
The villa is in a good location with easy access to the town and shops, and is very clean and tidy with a safe. The only problems we found were, the oven did not work , neither did the pool shower, neither were fixed during our four week stay.

A Lovely Experience
Position of this property was excellent ,with breathtaking views of of the harbour and surrounding islands. The propety was conveniently situated close to supermarket , bars ,and shops.Internally the facilities were exactly as advertised and were of a very high standard.Highly recommended

The villa is situated right at beach. It is very clean and standards are excellent, plus the cleaner was in twice while we were there . Pool great a bit cold at first I would recommend this villa to everyone.

Excellent holiday accommodation
Met at the property by Sergio who was very helpful throughout our stay. The property is well located close to the sea in a nice residential area. Standard of cleanliness was excellent throughout and the house contained all the equipment and facilities we could ask for. Great facilities outdoors with small pool and great view across the bay. We will definitely consider returning and would not hesitate in recommending to others.

Very clean & close to the town & beach. Lovely view from bedroom also. Shame TV was mostly in German but a good variety otherwise. We wished we would of booked a further week!

Good location, clean and comfortable
The villa is in a lovely location with views of the sea from every floor. The pool is tiny, but was clean and well maintained. It’s not heated though so bear that in mind if visiting in the cooler weather. The place was clean throughout and nicely furnished. Good sized fridge but not much other food storage in the kitchen. Overall, would recommend for people wanting quiet, sea front accommodation in the area.

Just Perfect
The location, standard of the property and all communications prior to and during our stay where all perfect. The villa has everything you need for a comfortable and enjoyable stay, especially the expanse and variety of private outdoor space. And is within an easy walking distance of all you would need. Miss the views already.

Perfect Location
Quiet part of town with sounds of the sea. Very well equipped home for self catering. Supermarket, restaurants and beach within walking distance. Huge comfy bed, different areas to sit and sunbathe. The pool isn’t heated so we didn’t try it but had a dip in the sea. Very grateful for the beach towels. There is an underground garage but it has a very steep acess slope so better to park on the street. It’s not a necessity to have a car though. Bus service and boat trips are all nearby. We would return!

Great villa in front line location. Short walk into town either along road or beach. Villa had everything we needed. It was very clean and well equipped with beautiful views. Smart tv was a real bonus with Netflix and YouTube. We would highly recommend and hope to return.

We were met by Sergio who was very welcoming and showed us round this lovely home, and how to operate wi-fi TV etc. The pool was clean and very refreshing on the hot sunny days, a lovely balcony outside the bedroom with views of Los Lobos island and top floor had a fantastic solarium , the property was close to the beach and only a short walk away from all the restaurant and bars yet far enough away for peace and privacy .

Pleasant Property in Good Location
We had a very pleasant stay at the villa which is well equipped and comfortable. Carli was very helpful when we initially suffered Wi-Fi connectivity problems. The location is good being close to both the Grande Playas and the town centre but is still far enough away to be peaceful.

Relaxing villa stay
Loved our stay in Villa Majoreras, the villa is really well equipped with everything you need, the pool was lovely for cooling off in as the weather was very hot! Comfortable beds and gorgeous views from the bedroom and roof terrace. We were met by the lovely Sergio who showed us around & kept the pool clean.
It’s only a 10 minute walk into Corralejo or 5 mins to Campanario where the us is a good supermarket.
I would have liked mosquito nets on the bedroom windows to keep cool at night as it was unusually hot with no breeze.
We will definitely return to this villa

Fabulous beachfront property.
We arrived early and Sergio met us with a smile and a large bottle of water which was much appreciated. The property is on 3 floors, it was very clean and Sergio showed us round the property before he left. The beds were very comfortable, there was loads of storage space, and the walk in shower was great. Sunbeds by the pool were fab, which we made good use of. Would recommend this property to both family and friends, the view from the top floor was amazing, sea views and there was a welcome breeze as we were so close to the beach. It was only a short walk into town which could be done along the beachfront. We hope to visit again soon.
