The room is spacious & clean . Complete with washer dryer , electric stove to cook also had some basic utensil and platting item to used , smells nice , the bed was huge also staff were nice and sweet . The food also was so delicious . I've order their Nasi Goreng set that price for 37++ i think , the portion was huge & came with a lot of side dishes like satay , chicken & such . Also tried their mushroom soup. Room also included with a microwave . Their basic shampoo & conditioner which I loveeee smell so good .

Really could replace your baby crib with the IKEA one @ any brand that have safe feature for infant & child coz the one that you provide now was not very safe & strudy , my 9 months old baby was almost felt off his face due to the side off the bed were open while he was standing beside it . A child safe crib is the one that all side could not be adjusted or move . also lose the wheel . so really recommeded you guys replace it with the IKEA one . Very safe & dont cost much .

The room facilities we had (two room apartment premium) were better than the neighboring facilities that we stayed in recently. The lift access was direct to the car park, unlike Pinetree’s.

Things in the common area appear a little run down, which is a pity considering how the design and settings look appealing. The materials used in some cases looked a little subpar, which may explain the rusting and chipping.

Clean, new and modern rooms. Spacious rooms for a family! Extra kudos to the staff team who has specially prepared a cake and a birthday card for my kid’s birthday at a short notice. Well done! We are impressed!

Everything are well thought-after. Love the design of the room, comfort of the bed and how clean the room was. Stayed in room 1412.

Its a nice place for a family holiday. The rooms are nice & comfy and the breakfast spread is good.

Breakfast variety is less than what I remembered when I stayed here a few years ago.

Quiet area to get away from all the busy places. Relaxing.

Many shops are closed. room not maintained properly. Towels have weird smell.

The rooms were wonderfully decorated with small kitchen and washing machine. Great for kids. Nice staff and friendly service. Loved our stay. Will definitely visit again

nothing special about the location and the price too high or expensive for that location. can easily find a much cheaper option to spend a weekend there.

The view was great, room was spacious as well.

The price could be more competitive due to its ulu location, they could have more variety in their breakfast buffet and also try to remove stains from sofa. It was abit dusty but overall ok. Carpark is tight if you drive a big car. Air-conditioning in the room cant really be adjusted.

The glass door soundproofing could be better as we could still hear clearly the noise of motorbike engine at the midnight. The aircond is too cold. Even if i adjust to 26, it still stay 20. I need to off it to increase room temp
