Loved the location, very central to everything.

The unit is very noisy, besides street noise you have the EMERGENCY services in the next building, Siren's going off night and day, The second shower was un usable due to the shower head being broken in its holder, The main bathroom sink was Jammed and could not be drained. both towel rails were loose and at times falling off the wall. The "Balcony" could not be accessed as there was no Key. and to top it off we had no hot water for 24 Hrs.

The location was great, very central and easy to access via public transport or uber. The property was clean and tidy and had a range of facilities available to use. The living space is a nicely set up area to hang out.

The property is located directly above the fire station in a busy city so there was a large amount of noise at all hours of the day/night.

Good location. Good sized rooms. Neat and tidy and well presented. Close to public transport and shops.

A little noisy from the street, but you soon get use to it. A few extra blankets and pillows in the room would be a good idea. Shower hose in need of attention.

The noise level didn't suit us. There was an intermittent high pitch noise, as well as road noise and sirens. Nowhere to store suitcases. Had to go to the Airport well before our flight.

Desperately need more towel rails in each bathroom and hooks or similar to hang things on,shower head was broken on arrival but advised management of this problem,good unit otherwise,would book again.

We liked the apartment as we were two travellers who wanted a room and bathroom each and this ticked the box. Kitchen and lounge was roomy and easy access to the building was a plus. Easy access to Hyde Park, shopping and restaurants.

We didn't like all the road and street noise, should be double glazed to limit the sound. Would have liked blackout curtaining. Not to happy that the fire department was next door but didn't bother us too much.
