La casa si trova sulle colline di Lloret de Mar, tra la vivace Lloret e la tranquilla Tossa de Mar in una strada senza uscita.

La piscina riscaldata con vista sul mare vi invita a rilassarvi e distendervi sui lettini.
Casa Pollino è una casa vacanza su due livelli abitativi separati. La casa è adatta, tra l'altro, per 2 famiglie amiche che desiderano avere la propria zona giorno privata, ma vogliono anche trascorrere del tempo insieme, ad esempio in piscina o su una delle tante terrazze.

In pochi minuti di auto puoi raggiungere la vivace Lloret de Mar, che ha tutto da offrire a grandi e piccini, oppure puoi guidare fino alla tranquilla Tossa de Mar con il suo antico castello.
La baia più vicina dista 2,5 km e dispone di due ristoranti con terrazza soleggiata e un piccolo porto turistico.
Per gli escursionisti, ci sono fantastici sentieri lungo la Costa Brava con viste sulle bizzarre scogliere della costa e viste spettacolari sul Mediterraneo.

Casa Pollino is everything you could want from a villa and more. From the breath-taking views, to having everything you could possibly need for a family (from babies to adults), this place has everything.
There were 11 adults and 4 children in our group. We loved that we could split the villa so the couples had their own bedrooms and space upstairs while those with kids had an enitre downstairs all to themselves.
With young children, it was great that the pool was fenced off and secure. This gave so much peace of mind when we were not using the pool (which wasn't very often as the kids loved the pool and jacuzzi and spend most of the holiday in them).
There are two kitchens in the villa and both are brilliantly equipped. There is also plenty of toys for kids and entertainment for the adults as well such as table-tennis and board games.
Evelyn (owner) and Cristina (property manager) were both fantastic. Well before the holiday, their communication was great. Cristina even went above and beyond to help us organise a BBQ caterer to come in and cook for us (we would highly recommend Catering In House / CIH Lloret). She also arranged an amazing cake to celebrate our joint birthdays.
We stayed at the end of May and the pool heating was worth paying for. There were also mosquitos so go prepared with sprays (this was also recommended in the villa guide).
As a keen cyclist, this is a fantastic area to ride but the hill back to the villa is horrendously steep.

My family which consisted of 12 adults 2 children and 2 babies stayed at the villa for one week. The villa was absolutely amazing, the pool area was perfect for everyone and the outside eating areas and views were spectacular. It was hard to get the kids out of the pool in the evenings.
The manager Christina was so attentive she couldn’t do enough for us and there were toys left out for the kids so they were entertained the whole time. Any queries were answered immediately and when we didn’t know how to do something she came over to show us. It was also my mothers 70th and Christina left over the most beautiful cake for us to celebrate. She really was perfect.
The villa is up a massive hill but the taxi service is excellent so there were never any issues about getting back.
I would highly recommend this place for large families and especially kids.
Due to where you are there are mosquitos so just be prepared.

We had a wonderful time in the the villa. The views were incredible and the pool and outside seating areas were amazing. Lots of good quality sun beds with excellent sun shades.
Lloret de Mar was very close (and very busy) and Tossa De Mar was a 15 minute drive around the mountain, with lovely restaurants, shops, beaches and much quieter. We recommend a walk up to the castle in the evening for sunset.
We was a family of 9 and there was plenty of space for us all to feel comfortable and not crowded.
There was a local shop in the urbanisation which was great for bread and croissants in the morning. Its a 5 minute drive or 30 min walk uphill! Otherwise bigger supermarkets in Lloret (which are very busy) or you can go a little further to Tossa De Mar which are less busy.
All rooms bar one had ceiling fans which worked very well. There was also the option of aircon in all rooms but you have to pay extra for this which comes out of the final deposit.
Its worth noting that there are some extra charges for the villa which have to be paid for in cash on arrival which we found peculiar.
We were surprised that we had to pay for all bed linen, towels and cleaning separately. There was also an extra 800 euros deposit which was also paid in cash but refunded via bank transfer. We wasn't happy carrying so much cash around with us and found that unusual practise.
Overall though the stay was excellent and would recommend the villa.

Besser geht nicht!
Grosses Haus mit viel Platz (wir waren 26 Personen davon 6 Kinder). Nahe am Meer. Wunderschönen Aussicht und viel Platz um den Pool. Alles sehr sauber. Super für grosse Familie und auch der Hund durfte dabei sein.

Beautiful setting - Spectacular views to the sea!
This is a lovely spacious villa with an amazing array of kitchen equipment, plenty of seating areas both indoors and outdoors and a great assortment of children's toys. The outside grounds and pool areas are fantastic! We had a really lovely week with all our family. The owner was very helpful with any queries we had and Cristina, the property manager, was very welcoming and went out of her way to make our stay a very happy one!

Beautiful house with a superbe view
Spent 10 days, 8 bedrooms, upstairs: 3 bedrooms, with 2 bathrooms, kitchen, dining, living surrounded by balconies, downstairs: 5 bedrooms, 3 bathrooms, kitchen, dining, living surrounded by patio. We spent full days only outside.

Wunderschöne Villa. Super Lage.
Unsere 14-köpfige Gruppe hat den Aufenthalt in diesem schönen Haus sehr genossen. Sehr gut ausgestattet und geschmackvoll eingerichtet. Uns hat nichts gefehlt.
Der Poolbereich ist toll, die Lage traumhaft. Die Kommunikation mit Cristina war schnell und unkompliziert. Sie war sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit.
Alles war da für einen perfekten Urlaub. Wir kommen gerne wieder.
Auf jeden Fall weiter zu empfehlen !

Très agréable
Piscine magnifique.chambre confortable. Un peu surprise de la forme des draps.beaucoup de matériel pour la cuisine. Seul bémol mais vous n’y pouvez rien :meute de chiens qui aboient la nuit. Cristina est d’une grande gentillesse nous reviendrons. Merci

Belle propriété bien située mais ....
Quelques points de contrôle bien que rapidement réglés auraient dû être faits avant notre arrivée
Les chambres ne sont pas climatisées et les plafonds bas donc le ventilateur est désagréable et impossible d’ouvrir avec les moustiques et les nuisances sonores du voisinage

Une maison idéale pour 14 personnes
Nous avons beaucoup appréciez la piscine et le jacuzzi chauffés.
Le beau temps était là. Nous avons également apprécié la disponibilité de la responsable. Petit bémol, certaines literies seraient à changer. Nous reviendrons avec plaisir

Lovely family villa
The villa is set as two units which can be used separately or together. It is pleasant, comfortable and well equipped. If you have young children there are plenty of toys. The view from the pool area is fabulous and it is very private and peaceful. The pool and jacuzzi is new and immaculate.
Eveline, the owner, is very easy to deal with and responds very quickly.
The beds and bedding are clean and comfortable.
The negatives for us were: no specific pool towels, no headboards on the beds. There is only one bedroom with both patio doors and an en-suite. Towels and pillows are smaller and thinner than UK standards.
Essentials are a car and bug repellent.
Overall, it is a very comfortable and pleasant family style villa and we had a great holiday.

Great house for a large group
We stayed at Casa Pollino in the beginning of June. We were a group of 14 persons including 4 kids. The house was very spacious and very well equipped. There were a lot of toys for the kids in the house that they loved. The area around the swimming pool is large with enough sunbeds for everyone. The only issue we had was that the pool was a bit colder than expected despite being heated.
Overall we had a fantastic holiday at Casa Pollino.

Parfait !
L'endroit est idéal pour des vacances en famille ou entre amis.
La villa est située dans un quartier calme, éloigné de l'agitation de lloret Del mar.
La villa est propre, bien agencée et et bien équipée.
Très belle vue sur la montagne et la mer, bref, un endroit magique pour des vacances qui seront toujours trop courtes !

Sehr modern und gepflegt. Super Lage.
Die Einrichtung ist modern und in sehr gutem Zustand. Es gibt Kinderbetten und viel Spielzeug wie Bspw. Bobbycars, Laufräder, Bagger etc. um die Kinder zu beschäftigen. Tischkicker und Tischtennisplatte sind auch vorganden.

Gepflegte wunderschöne Villa, tolle Lage
Traumhaus, super ausgestattet und liebevoll eingerichtet. Auch für Babys und Kinder bestens geeignet und alles vorhanden. Ruhige, landschaftlich herrliche Lage. War rundum ein schöner Urlaub, wir kommen wieder!

Sehr schöne und gepflegte ferienvilla
Das Haus ist ganz toll! Sehr zu empfehlen für mehrere Familien. Sehr gute Ausstattung, toller poolbereich, ruhige Lage, alles da was man für einen perfekten Urlaub braucht. Das einzigste was fehlte war die Klimaanlage, die aber in der hausbeschreibung Bestandteil war!
