Le Grand e Grand Vista Towers sono i due edifici che compongono questo resort. Il Grand è la torre di fronte alla spiaggia dove si trova il mio condominio e il Grand Vista è la seconda torre situata dall'altra parte della strada. I primi 5 livelli della Grand Tower sono un garage con una passeggiata sopra la torre di fronte alla spiaggia. Il resto dei livelli di questa torre sono unità condominiali.
Il Grand Panama Beach Resort vanta un'architettura d'avanguardia, sistemazioni lussuose, spiagge di sabbia bianca e fantastiche piscine.
Questa graziosa camera da letto con due camere da letto e due bagni ha molti tocchi aggiunti. I colori neutri, accentati con marroni, verdi, blu e beige, offrono un'atmosfera rilassata. L'unità ha un tocco di un tocco di West Indies che offre un luogo informale, ma elegante per rilassarsi e godersi il panorama. Situato all'undicesimo piano della Grand Tower (unità 1-118) sul lungomare, i panorami sono spettacolari.
L'oceano è visto stando seduti sul divano, mangiando al tavolo della sala da pranzo o rilassandosi nella suite principale. Il balcone si affaccia sul Golfo del Messico, la grande piscina e le luci del centro di Panama City. Situato all'estremità est dell'edificio, i panorami non sono ostruiti da altri sviluppi della spiaggia. Tutto ciò che vedi sono albe, tramonti, la spiaggia, l'oceano, la piscina lagunare e lo spazio verde paesaggistico.

Great all around! Owner Jim was excellent to communicate with; check in was smooth our condo was perfect. Grand Panama staff was kind and kept grounds and pool clean. Would recommend and we look forward to coming back!

The place and location were great. Uncontrollable by the owner, the elevators were horrendously slow and hot. The fact that it was pet friendly made it an excellent fit for us.

We had a great time! Jim was quick to respond and kept up great communication the entire trip. The condo was clean, provided all of the amenities we needed. It does need a refresh of paint and a few cosmetic updates but for us those things in no way took away from our stay. I feel bad that others don’t treat the place better while staying.

Condo and resort was very nice. Beautiful view of the Ocean from the bedroom. Living room and balcony. Nice decor in nicely decorated condo. 2 pools in both buildings, and everyone staying there was extra nice. Jim, the owner was the best. He made sure we had everything we needed and texted to check on us throughout the week. Could not have asked for a better host. We had a great time.

James was by FAR the easiest owner I’ve ever dealt with! He is the only owner I’ve personally talked to in my 30 years of coming to PCB! His cleaning lady Joyce was also great! Loved the view and the fact it was dog friendly! 1 complaint, which was not Jim’s fault was the parking at Grand Panama. They are refinishing the concrete and it was very dusty, noisy & limited parking. Also I think a lounger would be nice on the balcony. With a dog, we couldn’t both go to the pool together, & it would’ve been nice to lay out on the balcony. I would also suggest to Joyce that, if possible, next time she cleans she could reach under the furniture & bed with her vacuum, but I’m not complaining about the cleanliness of the unit as a whole because otherwise she did an excellent job! Also kudos to Jim, Joyce & her daughter for solving my TV issue! If you are a couple with kids or a dog or even 4 adults I recommend highly staying in this unit! Tim D.

The property was as pictured. It was a great location. The view of the beach and gulf was amazing. The owner was very responsive to any messages and was concerned that everything was as we expected. The resort staff was friendly, helpful and kept the common areas clean. It was convenient to many places to eat, shop and attractions. We spent most of our time at the beach or pool. The weather was perfect during our stay. I would come again!

We had an amazing stay in this beautiful unit. Jim was excellent with all the communication. He even called us a day before the trip to make sure we have everything we need for our stay. He was in constant touch with us throughout to make sure we were comfortable. The property is right on the beach and this unit on the 11th floor had an excellent view of the bay. The place was super clean and very nicely organized. It had everything you need for a great stay. We were 4 adults, three kids and a dog. Everyone had a fun vacation. The pool is clean and the tiki bar had excellent food. We highly recommend this place.

This property is in an excellent location. Overall the unit is very well maintained considering it is right on the beach. The amenities and beach were easily accessible and there were many shops and restaurants close by. Jim was very communicative throughout our entire stay.

This was a very nice condo and we enjoyed our stay. There was plenty of parking in Tower 2 and also in overflow lots. There are also plenty of luggage carts which made it so much easier for checking in and out. Nice pool area as well. Plenty of restaurants and stores nearby.

I’ve been coming to PCB for about 13 years now and this is by far the best place I’ve stayed. Not only was the room exceptionally clean ( also add that it was ready an hour early) but also the communication with the ACTUAL human owner was amazing. Highly recommend
