Pretty nice place. Wish we had control of the heat. Awesome bathroom. The kitchen could use a few more upper cabinets

We first stayed here a few years ago for a softball tournament and we had plenty of room for parking with a full size truck and a 20 foot trailer. We stayed again last weekend without the trailer and we were stoked that our dates were available as this property seems to be booked regularly and we can understand why! It's a really quiet neighborhood, with a lot of land and no dogs that we could hear. My significant other and I slept well on the queen size bed and we love love loooove the jetted spa and shower which has dual shower heads and an additional one on the single (used separately). The TV is huge and the reclining sofa is super comfy (we both napped on it). The patio is private and David made the check-in and check-out process so simple. He kept in touch with us throughout the stay to make sure we were comfortable and accommodated. The place was clean although I do recommend bringing an extra blanket to stay warm in bed during the winter (doesn't hurt). There were snacks and water and Keurig coffee available upon arrival and we felt safe and at home the entire time. We love this place. It cost $13 to get to the cosmopolitan hotel by Uber (each way) on a Sunday night and it's about a ten minute drive to arroyo grande sports complex and 20 mins to BLD. There is a propane BBQ on the patio as well which we used the first time, but not this time. The only thing I suggest is if you are into cooking, bring your favorite knives and cookware. We will be back!!

Very nice place lots of amenities way better that a hotel. Saved tons on food. Coffee was provided via k cups.

Great property I liked the generous amount of bottled water and coffee pods provided. Good location for me. Cooking pots and pans in desperate need of updating.

The location was perfect. We were about 20 minutes from anything we wanted to do. The bedroom has its own ac unit. The air flow in the house wasnt great. The kitchen and bathroom were incredibly hot during the "hottest part of the day". You werent able to enjoy the tub unless jt was first thing in the morning. Now, we were in the desert in August. But the sewer smell on top of the heat made the bathroom the last place you wanted to hang out. It was aslodifficult to cook dinner due to the heat. However, the grill was much appreciated! The outdoor space is fantastic. The outdoor furniture needs replaced though.

Overall it Was a Great Experience ! David offered us early check in , The home is Fully Stocked with water and even had a few treats and little things to make the stay really homey !

Just what I needed for four days in Vegas. Well appointed and having the washer/dryer combo is great.

Place was exactly as described. Community was quiet and nice. Only thing that wasn’t as described was the distance to the strip. It was about 13-20 minutes depending on where on the strip you were going. Still not a bad distance though so overall, 5stars! We loved our stay there. Very homey!

Clean, cozy place. Large bathroom, well stocked kitchen and very convenient washer/dryer. Perfect for 2 people but might be a bit tight for more than that.

Awesome. Owner is very good. Polite, conscientious and very welcoming. He offered to let us check in 3 hours early, met us on site a walked us thru property efficiently and thoroughly. Inside he had complimentary water and other food stuffs made available to us. I live 10 min away but want to come back. Super comfortable and chill.

we loved the location! so easy to get any where we needed to go and back. Having the private little court yard was a plus for me, had my tea in the warm sun every morning. The HUGE tub Loved it! washer and dryer! always a plus Really easy for the Uber drivers to find and fabulous parking for our rental car. The neighborhood felt safe, close to the airport and car rental garage, Tons of restraunts and shooping all around

We came to Vegas to visit our daughter and see the parks. The property was perfect and central to everywhere we wanted to go. David met us to check in and everything was clean and exactly as advertised. We highly recommend staying here!

Great location to get to all areas of greater LV & Henderson. Very clean; well supplied; lovely private patio; excellent bathroom; great TV & WI-FI. Comfortable bed; nice linens. We will be back!

This was an absolutely great place to stay. It has everything you need in a quite neighborhood not far from Las Vegas Blvd. There are plenty of grocery stores as well as place to eat very close to the house. Also with it being so close to the airport we didn't hear any noise from the airport. I highly recommend this place and would 100% stay here again. David was an awesome host who met us there and went over everything and communication with him was easy.

Host was very accommodating and attentive. It was just the right amount of communication without becoming annoying. I both liked and disliked the location. It is minutes from the Las Vegas Strip, however, the sound of planes from the airport was quite noticeable.

I felt just like I was at home. Nice and cozy best vacation spot I have been to thus far. I will definitely come back....

We visited the area to ride the River Mountains Loop on our recumbent trikes and this property was perfect for our needs: it was street level and had a large fenced in patio to secure our trikes after the ride. The bonus was the huge flat-screened TV! Wow. So after preparing a simple dinner we relaxed on the couch and watched some great movies. Our host was very helpful...even mailing our AirPods back to us when we left them behind! And yes, the place was very clean.

The house was very clean. The bed was comfortable. Despite it being 110 outside throughout the stay it was relatively cool inside. Water and snacks were also provided which I was very appreciative of. My overall experience was great and if i were to return to Vegas i would use this property again

Great location off the strip. The loudest thing I heard outside was birds chirping. Fully furnished with laundry, water bottles, outdoor stereo, patio, two person whirlpool, and an extremely soft bed. Peaceful retreat after a long day in the sun. Parking immediately outside the locked gate. No having to wait for valet or a 15 minute walk to your car. Would definitely stay here again and would fully recommend to anyone looking for a more relaxed Las Vegas experience.

David met us at the house upon check in to show us the property. We enjoyed this and showing us all of the extras that the house came with. The house is private, off strip and well equipped. We stayed 5 nights and every night we told ourselves how lucky we were not staying on the strip (Covid-19). The house had snacks, water, coffee, pizza, ice cream, laundry soap, washer/dryer, phone chargers, 2 TV's, Lysol, toilet paper and much more. The private patio was a great place to unwind, listen to music and watch the planes land. The house was also in a very safe neighborhood and was shared by another rental next door. Thin walls but it works. Don't hesitate to book here; you won't be disappointed.

We really enjoyed our stay at this VRBO property. The location was perfect for getting around both Las Vegas and Henderson. Quiet get away from the hustle and bustle of downtown.

Close to everything and clean. Nice and quiet. Lovely.

First - the pictures does not do justice to this gem. Everything we needed was provided and we loved our little get-a-way. The hot tub was a plus - especially after a long day of walking the strip. We will definitely stay here on our next trip. Thank you for providing such wonderful accomodations.

We really enjoyed our stay. The home was off away from all the noise and lights, so we really enjoyed coming down after all the excitement from the strip and Fremont. The home was clean and cozy. David was very responsive and helpful. Would definitely book this home again.

This unit was exactly as depicted in the photographs. Everything we needed was here. We enjoyed the very private patio, could sit out in our pj's to enjoy morning coffee & sunshine! Conveniently located to variety of shopping and grocery stores. Very easy to drive to the strip from this location! David greeted us upon arrival, and followed up to see if there was anything further we needed --- great to work with! Thanks!!
