liked that the property has a downstairs master bedroom and huge living room and dining area with open space and multiple entrances.

didn’t have electricity or air conditioning when we arrived. took a bit for host to get everything turned on. oh the pool wasn’t at the villa, you had to walk a bit down the street to community pool.

The villa is perfect for family trip, very large dinning area with kitchen connection to huge living room which became the wonderful place for gathering, talking and chat. it is also equipped with many kitchenware and tableware which can provide enough for more than 10 people. Many glass door and window from celling to the floor bring the house much of sunlight. Nice small garden with green grass, yellow flowers. Supported to early check-in if possible.

Unfortunately we came there during the bad weather (tropical depression) and it rained heavily all days. The electricity went on and off in 2 days (for the whole surround affected place, not only the house) and it lacked of candles, gas for the mini cooker to prepare for the meals until I contacted the host to bring us some. It would be much better if the house also had the back-up power generator or any back-up plan for visitors in the case of no electricity like this.

nothing - the place was poorly kept. dirt on the walls, stains in the bathroom. I made the mistake of paying before doing a thorough check. Asked for 50% back but was ignored. Even Booking.com got involved but the owner refused any form of refund at all. Very disappointing. I could've reviewed the place and then decided to not pay - then the owner would get nothing but I a partial refund and they refused. Shameful

everything about the place - no 24hr security as stated, pool not that same as in pictures - probably used a picture from a near by pool, only 1 key for the whole building. Building paint was discoloured and coming off, cigarette ends on the front garden, stains on the towels and mould around the sinks

The villa was poor construction and bathroom marble countertop was cracked and pieced together. Front door was very insecure and not safe.

I like the part of being harassed by the agents boss after we got double charged on my credit card they gave me the money back for the double charge and then asked for the money back again. The agent who handles the property we rented wasn’t patient enough to wait for the double charge to post on my credit card and harassed us the two nights we were there. Have copies of all the text messages from the boss and agent who rented us the property. Will never deal with Valentine’s Villa rental agent or boss again!
