Nice facility

I had issues with my booking. I paid this reservation in advance so the guests wont have to pay. It got charged on my credit card but the hotel can't charge it. I coordinated with booking.com and customer service was kind enough to assist me with this. The owner of the property attacked me as if i didnt pay them or will not work with them. I know this issuss may happen but what i experienced the property staff owner was not willing to resolve this issue with booking.com instead put the burden to the guests and to person who booked the reservation. The owner even said she would call the police to get the guests out because of nonpayment when in fact i paid it and it got charged on my card. I hope booking.com and property would have straighten this out this process and put the consumers out of the issue. The experience i had dealing with this property especially the owner was traumatising to me. I was attacked and i dont think i deserve this as consumer. Ive been using booking.com for years i used this even abroad no major issues and if there were issues the staff and owners were helpful

I booked for this place for my family however this place still not accepting guest after typhoon #Odette hits Cebu. Still no electricity and water. #Booking.com I would like to request updating accommodations affected by the calamity.
