Great house for getting multiple families together!

Great house, pool, bay front location and near ocean beach and all the fun!

WOW! This house far exceeded our expectations, there was 19 girls and there was plenty of space for all of us. Everyone raved about the house all weekend and the view was just unbelievable. Only suggestions would be to have more blankets but the property management company was down the street and they went above and beyond - shout out to Noel and Jackie. The pool was just icing on the top, way bigger than I expected too. We were all sad to leave, I plan to rent this home again!

Richard's house is absolutely beautiful and was the perfect place for our family of 10! It was so clean and had everything we needed. The open concept kitchen, dining and living room was perfect for everyone hanging out together. Four of the bedrooms have a beautiful view of the Sound with balconies. It is awesome that all bedrooms have their own bathroom. The futon and extra fridge in the upstairs common area came in handy too. There was also a small fridge in the laundry room that worked well for extra beverages. The coffee machine had both options for Kurig cups or ground (and there were lots of filters that others left). There was tons of closet space and extra pillows and blankets. It was so nice to be within walking distance to the shops and restaurants, and just five minutes to the beach. We highly recommend staying here and can't wait to come back! Thanks for everything, Richard!

Perfect home for a family vacation. There was plenty of room for everyone and it was close to many restaurants. The owner is very helpful and responds quickly. We had a fantastic time and will be back next year!

The house was big enough for our whole family and generally well stocked with everything we needed. The pool was an unexpected bright point of our visit, allowing everyone to still play in water even when it was too dang hot to be out in the full sun of the afternoon. The only things that would have made the stay easier and more comfortable would be a second full sized fridge and more varied outdoor seating on the main deck. We will definitely consider staying here again.

Wow, an incredible home within walking distance to beach as well as shops, restaurants, and bars! The owner could not have been more accommodating and responsive. Would love to go back one day!

A well maintained clean house on the bay with a pier. Nice swimming pool. A blue heron used to come and land on the pier when we were not using it. Short walk to the beach.

Our family had an awesome time at this property. It was right on the strip, in walking distance to the beach and everything. We will definitely be back. The pool, view, pier, etc. was beautiful!!!

A bunch of us came in for my brothers wedding in Gulf Breeze and the grooms immediate family stayed at the house. It was the perfect location to hang out with family and the pool was perfect for the kids.

We had our kids and a couple of their college friends join us for a spring break trip. Location is perfect, house was great, and even caught some fish off the dock. It was a little cool, but pool heater made all the difference. Kids enjoyed laying around getting some much-needed sun. This has been our favorite house in this area. We will try to stay here again when we go back.

JUST STAY HERE !

An awesome place to stay! We had a total of eight people and we had plenty of room for each couple. Kitchen was awesome to make great breakfasts in the morning !! pool was awesome to sit around late at night I would highly recommend this home to a large group of people wanting to get away and just enjoy themselves everything was perfect

We had a great experience at this home. We watched dolphins swim underneath us while we sat on the dock. We also enjoyed that every bedroom had its own bathroom.

Wonderful house for a stay with friends. We had 5 couples and plenty of room in a beautiful house in a perfect location.

We just left and are already talking about reserving this home again soon. Wonderful location with the beautiful, calm Sound water right in the backyard and an easy, five-minute walk to the Gulf beach. Also, so easy to walk to restaurants, souvenir shopping and bars as well (and there is a trolley available too). House was very clean, check-in and -out were each very easy. Plenty of bedrooms and bathrooms for our large family group. Kitchen was well-stocked with plates, utensils, cups, etc., as well as cookware. I was concerned about only one main fridge but we did fine with it and the other two small fridges. Since we had a pretty large group, we brought coolers to keep beverages in which worked out great. And the ice maker in the kitchen was awesome! The pool was super clean and the pool deck area was really nice. We especially liked that there was always shaded space at the pool area for those who wanted to be with the group still but out of the sun. There was just enough beach area in the backyard for a few beach chairs and for sandcastles and we really liked the steps from the dock down to the shallow Sound water at the beach line. We did not meet the owner but clearly he is very thoughtful about this home. All the light switches were labeled and there were clear instructions on how to work the TVs-little things that make a difference. The coffee mug gifts for guests were so sweet too!

We all loved this property. It was decorated like HGTV shows. The views from every room were amazing. We loved Santa Rosa sound better than the gulf. We watched the blue angels from the end of the dock; away from the 20,000 people on the beach. We snorkeled; caught a few fish; watched dolphins, ducks, our resident blue heron & pelican. The pool was great. We only used our vehicles once to get groceries. We walked everywhere & also road the trolley. The gulf (easy 5 minute walk) was beautiful but the purple flag made it dangerous to be in the water. Our 5 grandchildren said it was the best vacation ever. It was the best vacation for all of us.

The home is absolutely wonderful! Very spacious and roomy for everyone. My husband and I had enough room for 2 of our children and their families, as well as enough space for his sister and brother-in-law. That was a total of 8 adults and 6 children! The pool was a hit for the kids and adults and the view was spectacular. We've stayed at other places on Pensacola Beach but this was by far our absolute favorite!! Would definately stay there again!

Excellent location close to everything 👌

This house is just as beautiful as the pictures! We took our children and their spouses and all the grandchildren (all adults) for a week to enjoy the sun and fun. Having six bedrooms and 6 1/2 baths was a game changer. Everyone could get ready to go out at the same time. Loved the pool and watched dolphins and even some stingrays ventured up to the dock. We would go back in a heartbeat!

Better than the pictures. This house is amazing. Beautiful view. Had a blast in the pool and fishing off the pier. 4 min walk to the gulf. Plenty of space for 8 adults and 3 kids to have privacy. Loved our week here! Thank you for sharing your home.

Great location, great house! We had three families with mostly teen children and stayed for 5 nights. The house was very well-maintained and easily accommodated us. The pool was great and fishing off the dock was fun. We were able to see plenty of dolphins and stingrays from the porch. We were so pleasantly surprised with the location of the home. Such an easy walk to restaurants and beach bars. Richard, the owner, was great to work with. The airline changed our flights at the last minute. Richard was so gracious to work with us as best he could to accommodate our new schedule. He really went out of his way and it was much appreciated. Highly recommend this home.

The perfect location to the Santa Rosa sound and a two block walk to the ocean. We were about a half a mile from all the shops restaurants and bars. The kids absolutely loved fishing off the dock and playing in the pool we made the best memories. I would highly recommend this property.

The house was exactly as described... beautiful. The staff made an early check in easy. While we were there our 5mth old grandson was hospitalized the day before we were due to check out. Not knowing whether or not the hospital was going to release him to go home or not until noon the day of check out, the staff were very nice in allowing us to stay until noon. We come to Pensacola Beach every year and will look forward to staying here again. The only thing that needs attention is the mattresses need to be updated and the living room couches were very uncomfortable. It seemed like they leaned forward and you felt like you were getting pushed out of it. Other than those minor things the house was perfect! Beautiful views. We even saw stingrays and dolphins.

House was well maintained and large enough to accommodate a large family reunion. Difficulty of access in and out of driveway is the only slightly negative aspect.

We had easy access to the beach and town. We utilized the dock for fishing and the pool! Great family house! Something to do for the entire family! Definitely would rent it again!
