the linen in one bedroom had dirty sheets and the floor what sand on it … quite dirty actually. The pool had worm like things swimming in it … although the following day I did see a man put chlorine or some chemical into the pool.

Great service from staff, they were polite and friendly and ever willing to please. Upstairs bedroom and ensuite was fantastic !

Kitchen facilities were very basic and not well maintained. Pool was not very clean.

Was so quiet and peaceful! Our goal of relaxation achieved. The staff were lovely. Having your own pool is a bonus as well. We had a two bedroom villa, which was perfect.

Be prepared to pay for taxis/drivers to get to supermarkets and restaurants. Nothing really within walking distance, although a shopping centre is under construction nearby.

The environment is so serene and perfect for families and people who value privacy.

Everything went really well. The Miracle staff was able to accommodate an early check-in when I arrived a couple hours early.

Spacious villa, nice pool, good service, decent wifi, unlimited drinking water, good food, responsive. When we arrived, one ac was leaking, they fixed it right away. Same with totally no water supply on our last day, they fixed it very early in the morning immediately upon reporting.

No doorbell, you have to wait for someone to knock on your door. Weak water supply for both of our rooms.

It was a comfortable experience for me and my family. The staffs were really nice. Overall, it was an enjoyable experience.

The Chef and breakfast: During our stay, we had breakfast only here. But it was very good and kudos to the Chef and his team to deliver on good quality tasty breakfast each day. Special mention of the Veg Sandwich in Ciabata bread. It was very tasty and something to look forward to. The staff were very accommodative, friendly and polite. The Manager of the property was also approachable and involved in the hospitality service extended to the guests. The villa was huge and spacious.

The check-in process was seamless but once we checked into the villa it felt stuffy and dusty. It appeared as if the villa was not occupied for a long time and also not dusted well. The curtains were stained and torn. There were many garden worms and insects inside the villa. Though the property was very safe. But still having locks on the balcony doors would have been great. This was missing. There could have been a Television at the pool level living room and common area. This would have elevated our experience. The cutlery and kitchen utensils were smelling bad. However, we wouldn't complain much about this since we did not have the need to use it. However, once we complained about the cleanliness, the housekeeping staff and manager attended to us and cleaned the villa, dusted it thoroughly and changed some of the torn curtains. Galon of drinking water: We informed the staff twice to change this as the Galon was only half full and it felt old. However, until we checked out this was never changed. Since there were kids with us, we did not take chances and arranged bottled water on our own. The pictures I saw on booking.com were nowhere close when you see the real villa. However, other 2 bedroom units around our villa looked as in the photos on booking.com.

Location a bit off if you don't rent a scooter.

On the plus sides of this villas: 1) Super friendly staff, they would go extra mile to statisfy you. We were doing several photoshoots on the villa, as well as some video shooting, and the regular fruit platter weren't looking as good as we wanted it to be in the shot, so we contacted he staff and they arranged all the fruits we told them, we wanted to see, that was extra nice from them, totally 5 stars style service! Also, we were celebrating anniversary and got really heartwarming surprise on the arrival. 2) Managment - all the managers we contacted were friendly and helpful, none of our demands wasn't left unanswered. 3) Car/bike rental - ok, here is the deal, you can rent a car or a bike at the villa, and the prices are better that anywhere else near. Everything is new, perfectly working and clean (it looks like, that they clean car and bikes during the night). Also - I got into traffic accident in Denpasar and a car was scratched a bit, managment (Mr. Hasan) was helpful, still friendly and I wasn't even charged too much for the damage. Used the car almost every day and loved it! 4) Villas are spacy, has lots of room to store your belongings, even if you are staying for a long time. Big windows on the both floors gives lots of sun during the day. Bathrooms are modern and in excellent condition. 5) Beds - long story short - I've slept like a baby)) Beds are good, a bit squeaky, but not too much. Pillows are really good. 6) TV - haven't watched regullar TV, but for those who is interested: TV supports HDMI connections and USB connections. 7) Air conditioning in every room (except bathrooms). 8) Pool - pool is big, clean buuuuut during our stay it was a bit cold, but that goes to season and weather, not the villas. Overall - the pool is good. 9) Food is good, but the variety is not so big (see below), but upon request, you could get something that is not on the list. Also - the coffe is really good.

What could be improved (in my opinion, and note - things listed below are not minuses, only things that could be improved): 1) Really strange smell in the bathroom on the second floor (smells like naphthalene). I think the deal is - staff sprays anti bug sprays, and those smell wierd. 2) You don't get any soap in bathrooms, which is kinda strange. And yeah - you got nice bath kits (including toothbrushes, toothpaste, sanitary bag, bath foam, shampoo) but no soap. But, have to say - one call to the reception solved this problem for us, and we got a bottle of liquid soap in 2 minutes. 3) Breakfas is good, but if staying for long time be ready soon you will try all options))) But again - just ask the guys at the cafe and the kitchen, and you will get something extra. Once we treated ourselves with morning ice cream))) 4) There is no strong alchohol/ spirits at villas bar and fridges, but they compensate with a variety of beer and light coctails. 5) (This one could not be improved, sadly, but solves itself with rented bike/car) Villa is away from the beach, so be ready you will have to drive. Nearest beach is in ~10 minutes. Also there are not so many places nearby, that you could walk to.

We liked almost everything about the place: helpful staff, big pool, spacious rooms, huge bathroom with modern equipment. Long breakfast time window. Extra child bed was even cheaper than expected.

Smell in the bathroom, but the problem was solved by staff after 3 or 4 tries:) No soap in the bathroom.
