A soli due isolati da North Parkway sul lato nord di Midtown, adiacente al nuovo sviluppo di Crosstown Concourse ... 1200 mq di spazio ben arredato. Due camere da letto, letti queen size in ciascuna, soggiorno, cucina / sala da pranzo combinazione. L'appartamento si trova al piano superiore di una casa del 1907 nel registro nazionale dei luoghi storici e si affaccia su una mediana con alberi di magnolia di oltre 100 anni. Il quartiere è vario, tranquillo e simile a un parco. Sei vicino al centro, solo un paio di miglia. Overton Park e Levitt Shell sono 1. 4 miglia di distanza, Overton Square 1. 8, Cooper Young 2. 4 miglia. La gente ama questa unità, le lenzuola vanno bene, i letti sono nuovi, e l'ospitalità è impareggiabile. Forniamo molte cose nel frigorifero e siamo noti per rendere i nostri ospiti a casa.

Lovely period features inside, nice well equipped kitchen. Bathroom lovely and clean. The owners are doing work on the outside so looks a bit rundown but the inside is really nice and there is a lovely garden out front. The host was very friendly and met us on arrival and had a good chat and gave recommendations. The beds were very comfortable and I’m fussy about beds. Would definitely stay here again.

Check in process couldn’t be easier. I contacted the property own to ask if early check in was possible. Circumstances enabled early check in and owner sent me a message letting me
Know the property was available at noon. We had an issue with internet/Wifi. I notified the owner and it was fixed a few hours later (cable company error). The location is just 2-3 miles from downtown area ina nice quiet neighborhood close to the old Sear distribution building. I recommend checking it out.

This property was excellent and with the owner right next door, we were able to customize arrival time. Communication with the owner was top notch: quick responses and a desire to take care of our needs. We visit Memphis often, and I’d definitely stay here again.

We stayed 3 nights. The rooms had comfy bedding and we slept like babies. Area is spacious and beautifully decorated. Kitchen was well equipped and we did not need anything. Bath is a claw foot tub which we love! Plush towels. Beautiful garden out front. We would highly reccomend this rental for Memphis. Quick drive to all the great places to see in the city. As stated in the description, there are stairs as it is on the 2nd level. Parking was just in front so that was wonderful!

A hidden gem of a stay with tons of character! No one will be disappointed staying here (except if you can't extend your time in Memphis!). Had a great time and highly recommend staying here.

This was a great property to stay in for a girls weekend to Memphis. The beds were super comfortable, everything was clean, kitchen was a good size and the bathroom was lovely. Beautifully decorated. The window air conditioners were perfect in keeping everything cool. The hosts were readily available to make suggestions for things to do. We loved our conversations about our different topics. The neighborhood was quietly and conveniently located. Highly recommend.

This was a great place for us to stay. It was easy access and everything was as advertised. The host was incredibly accommodating. We were on motorcycles and they arranged their car's so we could park in the driveway. They left extra supplies and everything was clean. We enjoyed staying here.

This is an historic house that has been lovingly taken care of by the owners. It is spacious, clean, great light, comfortable bed and great eating establishments just 3 miles away. Don was great to talk with and made great recommendations for dinner. Would stay again!

Dons home was extra special. Top floor, plenty of space. Central located to everything we did. Don had much information for us to choose from. Gave us great places to eat. He check in on us often to make sure we had everything we needed. Thank you for sharing your home with us.

We spent the night here on our way back home from a travel contract (2 tired ICU nurses), and it was such a pleasant stay. The claw footed tub was amazing and my favorite part, next to the amazingly comfortable beds. We will definitely consider staying again if we visit Memphis!

My sister (56) and I (64) stopped to spend the night on our way from Atlanta to St. Louis. My sister also wanted to see the Civil Rights Museum. We were very close to the museum. The owners also left a number of interesting articles on the history of Memphis.
We used the owners' recommendation for our supper at a local Mexican restaurant.
The neighborhood and the house are quiet and perfect for sleeping.

After a long day of driving coming to this apartment was exactly what we needed. Don turned the lights on for when we arrived and the environment and overall apartment was so inviting and comfortable. This will be our go to place everytime we are in Memphis! Thank you for such great hospitality!

The Host were so helpful and friendly. This apartment is so well thought out. It’s an older home and full of charm. Walking up to the house the garden smells amazing. The whole neighborhood is nice and full of charm. When looking for a place in Memphis, my concerns were safety and parking. This place offers both. We have no complaints at all and would most definitely stay again.

Beds very comfortable - which is always important! Kitchen had whatever we needed. Air conditioners worked well - we were there during an exceptionally HOT week, but we were comfortable. My friend, who's had extensive leg surgery, found the stairs a bit of a challenge but host helped with luggage which was nice. I loved the spaciousness of the bathroom, but watch that first step out of the clawfoot style tub (am I showing our age?) I would definitely stay here again! Loved touring Memphis and host was very helpful with sightseeing suggestions and any questions we had!
