5 mins walk to the beach if you cross from Best Western Resort, but remember you cannot cross if you are dripping water.

Access to kitchen.
Check is at 2pm even if the room is already ready. They will also ask you for another 100 per hour if you will check in earlier than 2pm. They will clean it once you paid for the extra charges otherwise they will wait until 2pm

Great partnership with the 4 star Best Western down the street made beach access easy. Without it, this would have been a challenging place to stay in terms of location. Basic accommodations. But super fast internet. Perfect for a solo traveler.
No fridge. Lukewarm shower at best. Bed was firm but great for me.

Split type AC is big enough to make the room really cold.
Hot & Cold shower.
Bathroom has hand wash soap available plus hair&body shower gel.
Curtains are dark/thick enough to block the sunlight in the morning.
Free coffee & tea for guests!!!
Free water, and you can refill!!!
You can also cook, and canned goods/drinks available for a fee at the pantry.
They have a mini souvenir shop and relatively cheaper than the shops outside.
3minutes walk away from the beach, passing through Best Western Hotel (you just show your room key and they’ll let you pass).
Staffs are very helpful and accommodating. Special thanks to Pau and Moloy (not sure if I get the names right).
Ms. Ruth even gladly toured my mom to some places in Panglao. She’s a gem.

The staff were very accommodating, location is very near to Alona Beach via Best Western. The room is also big than other accommodations we've been since we arrived in Bohol.

The pathway going outside , to the beach or to the city center, road is not concrete. Thankfully, Best Western Ivy Wall Bohol, let's guest from Hotel Casa Teofista to walk through going to the beach. Otherwise , it would be a long walk to the other side to see beach front.

I can totally recommend this place. Value for money especially with the free drink all you want coffee and water.
Not beachfront. The place where you could easily access the beach will not allow you back through if you took a bath/ swam in the beach. You could go back to your hotel or room using a very long cut. Not friendly to swimmers with kids small as mine

and kitchen, spacious room at affordable price, very accomodating staff, a 15mins walk to the beach and a strategic location.
the only down side is the road to the hotel, when it rains, there's also muddy trail/road and it would be hard to get passed because of the flood but all in all everything was nice.

The property is just a few minutes away from the beach. Also, the staff is very accommodating.

Aside from it is cheaper than many places there, you can cook and they have free hot and cold water. It’s only 2mins walk to Alona Beach through Best Western Hotel. It is so so close to everything. We had such a great time. thank you Casa Teofista! I pray for more guests for you.

The hotel was sparkling clean. Downstairs, there's dining table, microwave, toaster , rice cooker. Upstairs, you can do some cooking. There's no ref inside your room but you can put your drinks in their ref. You can request also daily room cleaning and change beddings. Aircon is good.There is also a parking if you bring a car.
There's no direct access to the beach. If you dont have a car, you have to walk to the main road. It was muddy with water because it was raining always. You have to find a path at the sides of the road.
