A szállás elhelyezkedése mesés. Több épületük van, de mind a tengerparti úton. A mi szobánk ráadásul konkrétan a tengerre nézett. Az ágy nekünk kényelmes volt, a tisztaság nagyjából rendben volt. Van egy jobb étterem pár lépésnyire, de a parti úton 5 perc sétán belül több étkezési / vásárlási lehetőség is van. A szállás amúgy elég egyszerű, európai szemmel nézve meglehetősen lepukkant, de az ár/érték arányt tekintve teljesen megfelelő.

A szobánknak bár ablaka volt több is, de az ablakokban nem volt üveg, azaz csak szúnyogháló és egy sötétítő. Ezzel amúgy semmi gond nem lett volna, jól járt a levegő, viszont így minden hang is bejött kintről. A szoba egy átjáró mellett van (a parti út és a tenger között). Itt egyrészt sokan járnak át, ráadásul a helyiek kora reggel épp az ablak alatt szerveztek sznorkel túrát, így ez a reggeli pihenést kissé zavarta, de nem volt vészes.

The location was great. Very close to restaurants and the water. It was, however, next to a construction site.

We had booked and paid to have breakfast but were never told where it was. There was no obvious area as our building was separate from the original hotel and not as pictured in the advertisement. The bathroom also did not have a working shower. We had to use a bucket of water. Beds do not come with duvets, only a sheet is provided. Room was not cleaned daily and became very sandy after a few days.

Location is good, right in the middle of the tourist area and dive shops. walk from the sea.

Upon checking in, the receptionist was nowhere to be found. Waited in the lobby for 30 mins, kept ringing the bell but no one came. Had to go in and around the rooms to find the receptionist just sitting outside behind the lobby's wall. The electricity went out in the middle of the night and had to wait until noon the next day to get it fixed. Wifi does not reach our room. The aircondition was not cold enough for the room. cabinet/drawer's door was not usable. No bidet in toilet and shower was not divided from the toilet so the whole bathroom is wet when someone showers.

The location is great, the shower is powerful and warm, the WiFi is really fast, the AC is nice.

I think the staff could be friendlier. Everyone acted quite cold and indifferent. It’d be so nice to feel welcome and have staff that’s excited. Otherwise a nice affordable place, just somewhat adjust your expectations.

Non mi è piaciuto niente al punto che avevo già pagato tramite booking ma ho deciso di non rimanere e premetto che è parecchio tempo che viaggio in Asia e mi sono sempre adattata anche alle situazione più disparate ma un posto del genere non mi era mai capitato

L emplacement sur la plage était parfait pour le snorkeling. Près de tous les restaurants. Aucun coq ni aboiements de chiens!!! Belle terrasse et frigo dans la chambre.

La toilette était continuellement bloquée. Les matelas en mousse mémoire étaient très "mémorisés " par des gens plus corpulents que nous avant. La ruelle devant était l accès à la plage donc beaucoup de bruit de scooters tôt le matin pcq des locaux fort sympathiques y travaillaient.

The hotel has two locations. One is on the beach and the other one behind the Chili bar. The latter is the so-called extension which is where they sent me because there was no room left on the beach side. The rooms are desolate: old, poor, dark and no facilities whatsoever, not even soap provided. The price is absurd for such conditions.

It was close to the beach. Staff were polite and helpful.

The rooms were extremely small. The room they gave us was different from the ones shown in the pictures. No faucet and mirrors in the bathroom. No toiletries were given. Even the shower wasn’t working and the flow of water was very less in the tap. There were only flat pin chargers so we couldn’t use any electrical equipment. Bathroom was so small that you can hardly poop inside.

Staff Anabelle waited for me patiently which was nice coz I arrived so late due to traffic from Cebu city, my 2nd room got a cool ac, water pressure was fine in the washroom, size of the room was ok coz I upgraded close to the reception, Quiet place away from the nightlife of Moalboal. This place is really good for snorkeling and diving. Good wifi connection. Free drinking water, Nice view from the terrace. Safe to leave your important belongings with the staff. The rest of the staff were nice and friendly. They helped me to find a guide named Jeric, this boy was exceptional highly recommended! You can hire him and rent his gopro for a reasonable price. Just asked for him at the reception. He was professional and patient with me coz it was my first time to snorkel even i got my leg cramped during our swim and he knew what to do and kept me safe during our swim.

The first room was quite a walk like 3-4mins from the reception of the resort because it was an extension rooms of the resort, quite small but ok, washroom was too small and no heater maybe that's the price I had paid for, however even the room that I upgraded the water heater did not work. No television maybe bcoz no good signal. no big mirror, no hangers no complimentary toiletries aside from toilet tissue.

No tenia ventanas solo eran mosquiteras de bambu y ni tenia aire . A las 5 de la mañana ya hay gente sentada en la puerta literalmente hablando de la habitación alquilando snorkel 😆😆

The room that is away from the main hotel I wouldn’t recommend. Awful water pressure, no daylight, centipedes everywhere, it was actually quite expensive for a room with a rock hard bed and a 1 square meter toilet/shower area. Also was woken at multiple times throughout the night by neighbours

Eigentlich Nichts. Die Lage zentral ist gut, aber da gibts sauberere Unterkünfte für den gleichen oder besseren Preis.

Wir hatten das günstigere ‚Zimmer‘ gebucht. Beim Eintreffen war es aber kein Zimmer sondern eine runtergekommene Hütte. Eine Wand hatte keine Fenster sondern nur zwei große Netze. Direkt neben den Netzten liefen Einheimische entlang. Das sowas überhaupt auf booking angeboten wird wundert mich. Sehr dreckig alles, alles war voll mit Insekten und Insektenüberresten. Das Bett war mit einem schmuddeligen Laken bezogen. Das Badezimmer war einfach nur ein gekachelter Raum, alles kaputt. Ein alter Ventilator stand im Raum. Ich hab dann nach nem anderen Zimmer gefragt. Mir wurde sofort ein Upgrade angeboten. Sehr nett, aber schien mir auch irgendwie die Masche. Das gammelige Zimmer,welches keins ist, anbieten und dann ein Upgrade hinterher. Das andere Zimmer war in einer Zwischengasse. Beim ersten Ansehen dachte man ‚ok gut‘, im Vergleich zu der Hütte definitiv besser. Beim Zweiten hingucken dann doch auch ne Bruchbude. Löcher in den Wänden, das Badezimmer ist groß aber ranzig. Rost tropft von den Wänden. Die Decke kommt schon runter. Wenigstens warmes Wasser und ne Klimaanlage. Draußen wohnt eine Familie die ab 4 Uhr anfängt rum zu poltern. Das Metalltor vor der Unterkunft wird ständig aufgemacht. In der zweiten Nacht wurde vor dem Zimmer gefeiert. Bis 23:30 laute Musik gespielt. Für das ‚bessere‘ Zimmer haben wir letztendlich 50% mehr bezahlt. Kann ich nicht empfehlen!

Fantastisk udsigt fra terrassen og kun 20 meter fra havet.

Rigtig god beliggenhed i forhold til vandet og byen. Men ellers var værelset beskidt og aircondition var monteret med hul til det fri. Badeværelse var klamt og der var ingen varmtvand, bruser virkede ikke og der stod en stor spand med pøs, det var bruseren. Toilet var klamt og beskidt. Havemøbler på terrassen var uden madrasser og næsten umuligt at sidde i.

On the beach. (own private beach; be careful though; there are several properties run by Pescador View all called Pescador View, so you need to establish which one as not all are on the beach). Lovely staff. The location within Moalboal is very convenient for everything.

Stairs to the bedroom level quite steep (bathroom on ground, the room we had on 1st floor); we are not so young anymore!

Бала в Pescador View 7 лет назад. И была уверена, что бронирую тот же отель. И трайсек привез туда же. Но выяснилось, что три отеля называются Pescador View с разными приставками. Наш оказался совсем не там, где я была раньше. С трудом нашли. Даже местные не знают как туда подъезжать. В конце концов разобрались. Ресепшен находиться в другом месте. Трудно держать связь с персоналом. Нет сейфа и чайника. Раковина в комнате, а не в туалете. Очень маленькая и высокоподвешенная (бестолковая). Рядом что-то строили, но не очень интенсивно. Не мешало, но вид портит.

Netekla voda v jednom ze dvou pokojů, kde jsme byli ubytováni. Pokoje jsou daleko od sebe, hotel je rozprostřen po celé ulici a vybavení již něco zažilo. Není zde žádná společenská hezká místnost mimo recepce.

Das Frühstück war gut die Leute an der Rezeption waren freundlich.

Wir hatten Zimmer Nr.3 Klimaanlage war sehr laut und wann die letzte Wartung möchte ich nicht wissen. Die Dusche hat nicht funktioniert wir mussten uns mit Eimer und Schöpfkelle waschen/duschen. Das Licht im Vorraum gab auch nach einem Tag auf. Im nachhinein waren wir glücklich das unser Flug 18 Std. verspätung hatte.

Zimmer extrem alt! Klimaanlage funktioniert quasi gar nicht. Bad Katastrophe. Bett wackelt. Für diesen Preis gibt es wesentlich besser Hotels in der Umgebung.

Das Personal ist sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit, Englisch können alle ziemlich gut, das Essen ist hervorragend, Preis-Leistung ist top. Komme wieder.

Жили в семейном номере в отдельной комнате с общей кухней. Хорошее расположение - минута до Чили бара, и пляжа с сардинами и черепахами. При этом чуть в глубине, поэтому шум тусовки в баре был неслышен. Отдельный вход, 1 этаж.

Сразу за стеной курятник, петухи орут всю ночь не переставая! Спать можно только если включить на полную кондиционер, который шумит как авиадвигатель и заглушает бесконечное кукарекание. Сам номер убитый. Один угол у пола черный, думаю, плесень. Стоит зачем-то шкаф-развалюха, с отваливающимися полками и в который ничего не повесить, так как нет рейки, на которую вешают вешалки. Отдельный пункт - санузел. Унитаз норм. Душ - только название. Напор нет от слова вообще, плюс, протекает соединитель с нагревателем. Забудьте про «помыться в душе». Плюс ночью была сильнейшая вонь из канализации. На фото все выглядит более менее, в реальности все более, чем печально.

Avoid this place! As well as deceptive pics of rooms with old disgusting rooms which are false locations far from where you thought, manager lives in Germany have to call Germany for any issues, local staff can't make any decisions, no local oversight so important details missed

The only good thing about this place is the view of the sea and it's not that far from the center, around five minutes by walking.

The rooms were dirty. We found cockroaches under the bed. The AC was basically a hole in the wall and the service wasn’t good. The workers were mostly rude.

Some of the rooms provided were not even located at the advertised location of the resort. We were a group with 3 different rooms, with the two furthest rooms approximately 1km apart and not part of the advertised location. Apart from a toilet roll, the room lacked basic amenities with not even a bar of soap provided and there was almost no water from the shower apart from a trickle of water. Staff were abrupt and bordering on rude. This was my 3rd trip to Moalboal and there are much better alternatives at the same price point to Pescador View.
