Cabin was clean and resort area was lovely. Kitchen was well stocked with supplies so I was able to cook meals for my family. Resort was on a lake next to a beautiful park. We were able to walk to the park and walk around the lake. There is also a nature walk along the creek across the street.

Stayed in one of the cabins with our toddler, and loved everything about the experience. Kitchen had all the necessary supplies to cook meals, and daughter loved the playground and close access to lake to watch the ducks and geese. Even a few deer wandering through the campgrounds. Close proximity to downtown and activities we wanted to go to, while still feeling somewhat secluded. Would highly recommend.

Great location and beautiful nature
Loved the cabin, thought it would be total air conditioned but had 1 window air conditioning. Worked well the weather turned cooler and opening windows worked. Location was central to sites we wanted to go to both Wyoming and SD.

Our stay at the cabin
Our cabin was very clean and nicely located. The manager was very helpful and really nice. We enjoyed the walks to the creek and around the park.

Cute place, new bathroom flooring. Toilets on low and small side. Manager was friendly and made check in a breeze. Saw deer next to our cabin. Nice walking trail alongside river.

We have never stayed at a private campground before so I wasn’t sure what to expect but the location is very nice. It was quiet and our cabin was in a nice shady spot. There are several parks nearby and a small natural trail. It’s easy to get to the major attractions from here. The cabin was clean and worked well for our family of 5 adults/teens. Staff was very nice.

Cute little cabin in nice, peaceful location
Loved our few days stay in the cabin. Peaceful but able to be outdoor and enjoy nature and even see some local wildlife. Cabin had everything we needed and was clean and cute. Property Management was very friendly and helpful. So much better than staying in a cooped up hotel room.

Great Time
The cabin was a perfect fit for us. Very clean and comfortable. The kitchen is small, but very efficient. Coffee was even provided. The location is along a park area for morning walks. We did several day trips to the usual tourist sites all within a short drive and it was great to come back to a place that felt like home.

We were in Rapid City to do some mountain biking. The cabin was perfect size, great location, clean and there was wildlife to see.

Quiet cottage by the lake!
This was a great deal and just what we needed for a weekend getaway. The cottage was quiet, had space for our family of 4 with a kitchenette, and no shared walls. Everything was clean and the location next to the lake and park was really nice for fishing and access to the bike path.

Friendly Family Cottages (and campground)
We had a great stay! Close to the State and National Parks which is why we were there. Short accessible bike path to ride around from the cottages. Very quiet and well maintained area.

Great little cabin
This cabin was perfect for us! It was immaculate, tastefully decorated and had all the basics- exactly as pictured and described. We thought it might be handy to have a couple of tray tables available as seating for dining is limited. The campground itself was very quiet and a convenient location for a number of Black Hills activities. We would definitely stay in this cabin again!

This little cabin is in a very quiet campground. It was very peaceful sitting outside day and night watching the rabbits and deer moving around you. The cabin was very clean and comfortable. Had everything we needed, except one thing. A iron would have been helpful, living out of a suitcase and all. All and all, outstanding!!

It was good
Was a nice clean place, grandkids enjoyed paddle boat in the lake and the park was nice for them. Quiet place and had everything you needed for cooking, we even cooked out, played games outside. Enjoyed or time and will be back.

We really enjoyed our 4 nights in the cabin. The beds were very comfortable and the whole place neat as a pin. Would stay again. Great access to the Black Hills.
