我家75岁的父亲到浦东机场很晚，打了前台电话他们就派人车接入住酒店。期间一切都很顺利，次日离开酒店以后，父亲发现一个小包落在了房间，打了电话给酒店以后，他们立刻安排快递已经寄出了。我作为没能陪同父亲返乡的子女，非常非常感谢酒店整个过程无微不至的照顾。可以看的出来，酒店员工非常专业和负责的接待所有的客人。 The staff goes above and beyond in taking care of all guests. My elderly parent really enjoyed staying there. Thank you Linyin Holiday Hotel!

Strong cigarettes smell coming from the centralised aircon duct. Not able to sleep the whole night due to that.

The compound and the rooms were lovely, the hotel was definitely values for money.

The hotel is pretty far from restaurants and stores. The restaurant on the compound is quite expensive so we had to walk to find somewhere. and it would be nice if they had more local option for tourists like us.

Doors of the hotel room is bashing when closed. And also the remote controller for the TV was not working in room 5212

I don’t know who has reviewed this hotel before but I don’t believe they are real reviews. The bus driver did not tell us where to meet him and shouted at us when we were in a different place. There was no room on the bus so I sat with a full size suitcase on me. The room does not look like the photos. No food was available, the Wi-Fi was not working, the phone in the room did not work, the TV did not work and the AC did not work. But it was ok because the reception told us they would fix it all tomorrow when we had left!?! Eventually got moved to another room which looked surprisingly like the photo of the room we booked in the photos on this website and we were told we were lucky as this room had a higher charges. All this took 2.5 hours and we got into bed at 2am. Horrible experience

Everything it’s a new, room so big and clean! Staff was kind and wiling to help! Food was amazing! Shuttle for the airport very practical and helpful! Recommend a 100%!
