Perfetto per una riunione di famiglia, questa unità offre agli ospiti una vista spettacolare e unica nel suo genere sulla spiaggia su una splendida terrazza panoramica arredata con erba sintetica, diversi posti a sedere in salotto e, naturalmente, una vasca idromassaggio per te e la tua festa per rilassarsi. Camminando nella proprietà, i visitatori si incontrano con un angolo cottura caratteristico e una sala da pranzo e uno spazio abitativo secondario. Il primo piano ospita 2 camere da letto, ognuna con un letto king-size. Non c'è bisogno di spingere o programmare per un bagno perché ci sono 2 bagni, uno per ogni camera da letto. Altre due camere da letto con letti king size risiedono al secondo livello insieme a 2 bagni aggiuntivi. Viaggia fino al livello più alto, e vieni accolto con uno splendido soggiorno che si apre a una fantastica vista sull'oceano attraverso le porte panoramiche. Property was easy to check into and clean. Loved the location with views on just about every level! Plenty of room for our family vacation

This is the second Xmas trip for our family staying at the property. We first stayed at the property during Xmas 2021. The reason why we chose to stay at the second time is because we really enjoyed our stay in 2021. Overall the stay was OK. The property is in a good neighborhood within walking distance to Oceanside downtown and Carlsbad. However, we noticed that there has been quite a bit of wear and tear inside the property since our last stay. In particular: (a) There is almost no water pressure for the shower in the third floor bedroom. And of the little water there was, it took between 5-10minutes to get hot water (b) The Bosch diswasher is very high end but was not maintained properly. When we did our first dishwashing, the dishes did not come out very clean. It turns out the water filter in the dishwasher was completely clogged, Looks like the filter has not been taken out for cleaning as part of maintenance for a long time (c) The inside of the Weber grill was extremely dirty and smelly with lots of charred food remaining. The grill utensils were also very dirty - they have not been washed after multiple uses. As a result, we were not able to do the grilling that we had planned to do We strongly recommend that these issues be looked at and taken care off for the next guests.

We had a three night stay over Thanksgiving. We got a text the first morning that we were too loud and needed to be aware of the noise we were making. We thought one of the neighbors had complained so the second day, Thanksgiving, we were afraid to let the baby cry and were constantly telling each other to shush when we laughed and were quieting each other outside. It dampened our enthusiasm for watching sports and playing family games. And then the next day, we got the message again! It turned out that there was some noise monitor in the house and no person had actually complained. That really upset us. We were offered a two hour extension on our stay when this was all discovered but we had flights to make. There was no monetary compensation which we thought we deserved as we were led to believe we were inconsiderate of our neighbors but had tried, in good faith, to be good users of the property. The listing advertises that it sleeps 12-14, there were 14 chairs around a huge table, so whatever noise we registered should have been expected. We also had trouble with the garage keypad but it was easy to park on the street.

Beautiful & very spacious! Plenty of room for everyone. A few concerns to consider. The garage parking is very tight & although it said parking for 2 cars..... that includes the other rental unit. They use the same code! First come first serve parking for 14 people & unit #1. 2. Garage, gat & house codes really should be typed out for ALL codes. The 4 pt font on the bottom of a picture doesnt work so well for 60+ year olds trying to figure it all out for the 1st time (in pouring down rain, in the dark, & after 16+ hours of travel. 3. The sign for "elevator is NOT for guest use" is posted at about 10' where you cant see it until AFTER trying to use it, which sets off an alarm. Might want to lower the sign. 4- Its great to light a path for the corriders & steps, you save zero energy because the lights are bright, in the ceiling & ALWAYS coming on. 5.Timers on kitchen lights are rediculous. Trying to cook or enjoy family in the kitchen while cooking with lights turning off every hour is extremely annoying! The dining room table has very low light & zero reading lamps for anyone who just wants to enjoy a good book inside. 6- most frustration is the fact that the GPS guides you to the front which takes you to a 15' concrete wall.... but the garage is in the back of the house which has the SAME street name! Worth telling new guest!

Can’t say enough about this house! The location was perfect! The space was amazing! Plenty of room for everyone to enjoy comfortably! Will stay here again! We thought parking was going to be an issue but there is plenty of parking on closer side streets. The view was great for evening sunsets! Coffee shop was walking distance and was great!

The family enjoyed our stay at this nice beach house! The beach house is set up with 3 levels and the rooftop which makes it feel like the guests had their own space. Most of the guests had their own bathroom which was a plus. The house came well stocked. The communication was very good with the property management company. They were very friendly and helpful. We enjoyed walking to Buccaneers for coffee and breakfast. There is very little beach area near the house. We ended up driving 10 minutes to Strand and Harbor Beach. The house does not offer any beach amenities like beach chairs or an umbrella. The garage is limited to one vehicle. You can park additional vehicles down below and walk up the stairs. Overall, we had a great experience, building lasting memories.
