The property was super clean and well equipped. Karl is an excellent property owner. He's always available for questions or anything you need. He stopped by the day after we arrived to make sure everything was to our liking. We told him that the bed was very uncomfortable. He immediately replaced the box spring and mattress. I definitely recommend this property

We really liked this Cottage. Clean & Quiet. Would have gave it a better review if it wasn't for the Bed. It should have been replaced a while ago. Not comfortable at all. Lots of crackling noises underneath when you moved at all on it. Sofa in living room was just OK. Only place to sit other than two dinette chairs. No outside area to sit. One chair on tiny front porch/stairs Note- add pictures shows a cooler on floor next to washer. There is not one in the unit. I asked the owner about it & he was surprised to hear about it. Offered some Compensation which we have yet to receive.

We were very pleased and very comfortable in our cabin. It was exactly as advertised and pictured and very clean. I especially appreciated the well stocked book shelves! The only (small) suggestion we have is to provide tissues. Other than that, our host thought of everything- and then some! We utilized the list of local sights and restaurants and as a result, enjoyed delicious meals in atmospheric places. I recommend The Cabins without hesitation!

Karl was a great host and the cabin is very clean and really well appointed. We had everything we needed for a 5 day stay - it was easy to cook there since all the basics were already there. And we enjoyed our chats with Karl - he is often working somewhere on the property. We recommend it highly.

This was my second trip to the Cozy Cottage and I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend this rental. Being a woman traveling alone, safety and peace of mind are my main concerns and I never have to worry at this property. The location is quiet, centrally located and I feel safe at all times of day. The ability to have a full kitchen, living room and washer/dryer added to the convenience of my stay. The hosts are very responsive when needed. Add the Cozy Cottage to your favorites.

The Cabin worked out perfectly for our one week stay while our wood floors were being done. It has everything you need for a couple. Everything worked great, the appliances, shower, heat or cool, the bed was comfortable.

The property was well maintained, clean and modestly equipped, but had all we needed. Kitchen well equipped, comfortable living space, bedroom and access to two closet (with ample wooden hangers; much appreciated). The only thing I would mention is there was a double bed and I would have liked a second set of towels for a week stay. They had a washer/dryer machine and iron & iron board I didn’t need to use but it was there with courtesy laundry product. Also they had left us some ground coffee, water and beverages in the refrigerator. Thank you.

The cottage was very nice. It was very clean and while it is a small cottage, everything inside was new and laid it in a way that you felt very comfortable. It was very close to the beach, came with a beach pass as well..

A great experience with this cabin rental. Initial entry was a pleasant experience with an extremely clean and very nicely decorated interior. All needed amenities were provided along with some nice complementary refreshments in refrigerator. Will certainly work towards staying again!

Brand new condition. Every detail thought out with precision. Fully equipped kitchen and laundry. Everything is provided. Even tasty beverages in the refridgerator! 2 closets with ample storage. Lawn with bench and picnic table outside. Host communicates quickly and although we did not meet, He did meet my wife who said he is a wonderful host.

This is our second stay at this property and just as good as the first stay. It is just as described and as the picturers show. Very clean, fully furnished for a long or short stay, and centrally located. The management was very accommodating. We look forward to coming back again.

I was visiting nearby family and was lucky enough to stay at Cozy Cottage. The cottage is sweetly decorated and has everything needed for a comfortable pleasant stay. Although it looked small from the outside, the inside was surprisingly roomy. The layout was efficient and cleverly took advantage of every space. The kitchen was well furnished, the decor was "beach cute", the bed was comfy and the unit even had a combo washer/dryer. Karl, the owner, was helpful and friendly.
As a single senior woman, I felt safe and secure.

This cabin was awesome, spotless, and totally updated. We loved it and would recommend to anyone!!! There were even many beverages left for us in the fridge. Excellent place to stay, great location.

My wife and I spent 11 days here during December 2020. We enjoyed our stay very much. The cabin was very clean, comfortable, and cozy. We would definitely stay again given the need and opportunity. Awesome sunrise and sunset every day from the same spot just a 5 minute walk (the point at the end of old mill road). Very quite and still this time of year. Karl (owner/property manager) was available, and very helpful with local information. Carl Williams.
