The property was as pictured. Diego responded to all questions. House works great for family with a bathroom with every bedroom & open spaces. We have a wonderful time

The house was exactly how it is online, big, beautiful and clean. The best neighborhood, it was just what we needed, to wnjoy our stay in Orlando. The host was very responsive to our eveey need and we had no issues at all! Highly recommended as we will be back again soon.

The property worked for our stay with family. Spa had issues and we couldn’t use it for a few days, but was resolved by the property manager. Furniture is old and outdated and the rugs are dirty, stretched and need to be replaced. Also, lots of cars park in the streets and made getting to the address difficult. Seems this rental has seen lots of use and needs to be refreshed

This house was perfect for our group! We had 4 families, including teenagers, and there was space for everyone. The house was very clean and exceeded all our expectations. It was so nice to return home to a spacious inviting house after long days of tournaments. The kids all had their own areas and the parents had their own space. The big kitchen is perfect for "family" style dinners and fellowship! Highly recommend this vacation home and will definitely return!

This place was beautiful and very spacious. We enjoyed getting in the water everyday I do mean everyday. We noticed a couple things that were strange but Diego took care of them right away. Can't wait to come back again July 2024

This place was awesome! The heated pool and hot tub were so fun to have. We loved the movie room and the game room. Each room has its own bathroom which is perfect for a large group. We spent most our time at theme parks and the drive was only like 20 min. The host responded quickly to every question or need we had. Only thing I would add to make this place even more amazing would be to update the cooking pans to nicer, larger pans and griddles to accommodate cooking for large groups. Also, there was only one tiny shampoo in one of the kids bathrooms and it would have been nice to have a starter shampoo/conditioner in each bathroom. Other than that, we absolutely loved our stay and would definitely stay here again!

This property is in a great location for our trip to visit Disney World. The communication was great with the host and they were very responsive. I wish the place was cleaned better because it wasn’t cleaned well from the prior person that stayed.

Cannot say enough about this property. We arrived quite late due to a delay. The house looked very inviting and the host Diego had already messaged to ask if we had checked in and was the property to our liking. It was. The house is as the pictures, in a lovely secure area.. We enjoyed our stay at this beautiful home, location was very convenient, closed to attractions, a few things need some repairs like the pantry door, outlets not working properly but overall was good, Diego was amazing at replying to requests and communicating, he went above and beyond to let us check out a bit later than the normal checkout time, he gets a 5/5

What you see in the photos is exactly what you get, even down to the tableware. This home is clean, beautiful and spacious with more than enough room for our family of eight. Everything was in perfect working order from the televisions to the ice maker. I can’t say enough about Diego! He is the perfect host! Very attentive and responds quickly to any questions. A spacious, clean, and modern design with an enjoyable patio with pool and jacuzzi. Our 7 family members enjoyed our time at this property and even though there were a couple of issues the owner highly responsive and quick to resolve any them.

Amazing time my family and I had. Diego was amazing from start to finish. There were just some minor issues such as the ice maker on the fridge not working properly. Felt like home seaway from home will be booking with Diego in the future.

I would have to say the location was Great. My concern was the communication which started off very good and as the days went by the communication got worse. First problem was couldn't get hot tub to heat up which I had to pay extra for not to mention had to pay extra to use grill which you could only cook on one side because the other side did not work. Someone did come out to fix hot tub but that night it was not heating up again so had to reach out again. Finally got it to working right on my third night there. We left and went to waterpark and returned and found that the cushions was removed from the table outside I reached out to the owner to notify her and didn't get no response back. So I am guessing we couldn't or they didn't want us using them anymore. The WIFI stop working the day before we left. She offered to give money back for hot tub not that I was looking for it back but she offered and I never received.

This rental was absolutely great. The property owner stayed in constant contact making sure everything was good. The very small issues we had they were out the very next day and they were taken care of. I highly recommend using this rental and this rental owner

This home is really beautiful and for the most part it was great and I would absolutely stay in this home again the next time I come to Florida! Here are the major (if you can call them that) cons for the home: 1. There was not a folder/binder that talked about the home. Where to put the garbage after few days worth of trash, something to explain what was expected on check out, how to turn on the fountains and waterfall in the pool, or explaining the TV's, they are all smart TV's so we logged into out home streaming service, but the TV also had Dish... I think.) 2. The pots and pans in the house are TERRIBLE... but functional. They are very old, cheap and are falling apart. The size selection is also limited. But we made it work. 3. We paid extra for the use of the outdoor grill, it was cleaned and had a full fuel tank with a back up thank, which is great! However, it came with grill tools, except a brush to clean it after you cook something. On a side note the sink next to the grill barely works. Here are my super picky list of things that really don't matter much but, future renters might want to know about: - The home has A LOT of towels, it was great! - NO cleaning supplies at all, so bring your own so cleaning up after meals is easy. - The house had 1 roll of toilet paper in each bath room (YEAH!)... but it was 1 ply sandpaper (awe). - The king beds are VERY soft (I loved them) but they are not for everyone, just FYI - The pillows are mostly flat. - The "game room" is a converted garage, and it got warm in there. It also echo's so playing pool I felt like I needed ear plugs. None of the games in there are great quality so kids shouldn't be a worry. - ALL the shower heads are BASIC, so in the 2 beautiful glass showers, they are out of place. - The main TV and Cinema room are TV speakers only. A sound bar/sub woofer combo would be a great investment. My family LOVED this home and the owner was wonderful to work with. I'm pretty sure if we has told him about the issues he would have fixed it, but we are simple and made everything work. The area was quiet and its a gated community with a guard. Check in and check out was flawless. I only listed the extra things for any other renters to compare changes that may have been made. The house looks JUST like the pictures, very clean and elegant looking. Our stay was really wonderful! As far as I'm concerned this is my go to house for any Florida stay I will have!
