Апартаментът се намира в центъра, близо до всичко. Уютен е, с удобни легла за спане и достатъчен простор за 4 човека. Домакинът е отзивчив и коректен. Цената също е много добра. Вече втори път отсядаме в този апартамент и със сигурност ще дойдем пак тук при следващото си посещение в Братислава.

The best thing about the place is the proximity to the old town of Bratislava. The view from the balcony was great. (but it had a lot of trash, uncleaned ashtrays and cleaning equipment on it and smelled.)

This is the worst accommodation we stayed at during our European trip and unreasonably expensive for what it offers. My message to potential visitors to Bratislava is to stay away from this apartment. I had no communication with the proprietor the whole week until the night before arriving when I received a message demanding that I deposit a 100 Euro deposit plus government taxes of 3.5 Euros per person per night into his account. (This was a completely new expense to me. Booking.com did not inform me of this protocol or additional tax.) I did not know who this person was demanding money from me and if this was a scam. The following day, I received a barrage of messages while on the train from Prague to Bratislava in which Andrey told me that he had trouble with some British and Irish youth who damaged the place and had left without payment. (I resent being placed in such a category of mistrust.) The apartment itself was shocking. Before entering the apartment, old bedding, washing machine, and other broken wood were in the corridor. The apartment was clattered with furniture that did not look tidy or clean. The bedding did not look like it had been changed. The pillows beneath the pillowcases were filthy yellow with stains. (We certainly did not use them for sleeping. The place looked like it was set up for 20 people and not an apartment for two. Only two towels were provided, and they smelled. The floor was in a bad state. There are loose and broken floor tiles in the bathroom. It was a scorching day, but no fan, even a portable one, was provided. The whole experience of staying in the apartment was a nightmare and tainted our stay and experience in Bratislava. I could hardly wait to leave the apartment. I did not receive instructions on how to access the apartment unit half an hour before arriving. The instructions demanded we clean the apartment before leaving. (What a joke. Sorry, Andrey, we are not your cleaners), and leave 14 Euros on the kitchen bench.

It was a good location and the place had enough room.

No net on the windows and no AC, which was terrible. We were not informed about a deposit of 100€ and a tax of 7€ per person. It was not clean as a whole and the apartment needs some maintenance.

The location is excellent, very near of the touristic places and with good quality connection with the public transport.
