Far from the main square and no water pressure at night

Very clean. Big room. Hot water. Good price. Very satisfied.

The entrance looks bad, but once you get in it is all good.

Stella was very welcoming and reacted quickly to all questions.

The shower was in the room itself and had no warm water. The bath was tiny and one evening had no water. We would have wished for a community room to be able to meet other travellers. The bed sheets were heavy and a bit difficult to move.

Stella, the host, is a super nice person ready to help with any issues that may occure. The room was cozy with a shower with warm/hot water. You can make tea or coffee in the kitchen. I'm really pleased with my stay.

I liked everything about my stay in this hotel. The location is a few minutes walk from Plaza de Armas. It's safe, cause the main entrance is locked and you need a key to get in.

Nice experience. The host was friendly and helpful. Upon request she gave us a new room which was very cute .

The localisation is great, near the center and San Pedro Market. Very nice and helpfull hostage.

The roof was sinking a little when it's raining all night.

The owner of the hostel was really nice and always willing to go the extra mile in helping us during our stay.

There was no heater in the room so could get cold sometimes

A great place to stay in cuzco; good location for a very good price. But the best thing is the host Stella! She is so friendly and helped us with a lot of things; arranging taxi’s for excursions, laundry, fixing our clothes, cleaning shoes etc. etc. She made us feel very welcome and at home!
