did not perform daily make up of our room despite our request for them to do so. at some point they run out of hand towels too. The housekeeping staff are also not very efficient. Wi-fi signal was quiet weak and unstable. It must be noted that we were there around the time that we had a super typhoon in the country.

Sehr gute, leise Klimaanlage!
WLAN/WiFi war sehr langsam mit vielen Verbindungsabbrüchen. Keine Klimaanlage auf den Fluren, da offen.
Direkt an einer Hauptstraße, also sehr laut (offen...) und starker Abgasgeruch (offen...). Richtiger Kaffee, statt Instant Plörre kostet extra. Ein DREI-Personen Zimmer sollte auch für 3 Personen Frühstück anbieten.
Schlecht zu finden, da keine Hinweisschilder. Ein Haus an der Straße geht einfach unter in der Stadt.

For my entire stay no Wifi, therefore no TV.
Staff and management did nothing about restoring the Wifi connection for my two day stay.

Room was large enough, and location was easy to get a cab. Staff were quite nice and polite.
Acoustics of the room wasn't the best. The keycard to my room was never fixed, had to use a key. Staff didn't replenish Toiletries.

The room (especially the bed) is beyond our expectation. They are likewise generous with the number of pillows. The ambiance is refreshing because of the open air hallway.
None. But for improvement, kindly provide hand towels, fix the shower heads and common water dispenser (to be placed in the hallway).

Not building but containers trasform in "hotel" breakfast 99,9% Filipino, menu for lunch and dinner 99,9% Filipino, not room clean two days, but clean ONLY after request. No one small bottle of water offered !!! In hotel description was written balcony, NO balcony, was written bath brobe, NO bath robe, was vwriten sofa, NO sofa, stay away from this hotel in the middle of nowhere.

receptionist are not friendly, I had to rang twice the front desk for toilet paper before they finally brought to room.

Location
Room was not clean, there were lizard droppings on the table when we checked in. Insect wings were on the bed, and on the bathroom sink. Shower water pressure was very weak and hot water was non existent

the service is very poor, the way the hotel was made is from cheap materials you can hear everything from the outside the worst part was during our stay they hosted a party on the floor abouve us without prior notice and guess what we heared everything and the company neglected our complains during the event its the worst hosel ever and they acted on deaf ears whenever we talk to the people incharge on the front office. if i were you look for another stay

Large beds, clean room, kind staff

The staff was wonderful and very helpful. Security was highly visible and helpful. The room was very spacious and nicely furnished and had a lot of storage space. The rooftop bar was an added benefit as was the in-house restaurant.
