Close to JCU. very quiet. Neighborhood was awesome. other residents were lovely, especially the couple at the ground floor behind the car park. Kitchen was spacious. Very tidy.

Parking was bit narrow for a big car. But happy that we could manage and didn't have to park in the road.

Absolute lovely quiet area, the apartment was spacious and had every amenity we needed. Safe area and quiet. Decorated beautifully. Tile throughout, disheasher and laundry. 2 bathrooms, nice balcony. Parking at the rear of building. Small pool and bbq area at the front. Neighbours were quiet and friendly if we happened to see them. Overall it was a great 3 bedroom apartment and I would definately recommend to others

One of the tenants of the building parks his car a bit too close to the stairs and it could cause an issue when you carry suitcases up. That is not any fault of this apartment and he has a whole car space that he could keep in the lines better. But its not a huge issue

Everything was easy since the instructions were sent to us directly.

It felt like a home away from home. The beds were very comfy and it is a quiet location with good parking for two vehicles.

Not that we needed it but there wasn't any local information available (shops, pubs etc) and also nothing about WiFi?

style, space, pool

Apartment was set out well and easy to get too and good location

Floors hadn't been vacum/swept or washed, side tables where dusty ceiling fans were very dirty. We had only 2 towls for our family, main toilet was very dirty with poo stains, stove top was dirty with burnt oil and rings of burnt food and glass doors hadn't even been wiped, and comunication book was full of negative remarks with cleaning, but a bit concerned about the old food left in the fridge and cuboard

cleanliness isn’t the best. eg fridge needed clean dining table felt sticky.

The email that was sent we did not receive in time Rang property manager 5 times before he answered our call

The black pillow in the walk in robe was COVERED IN MOULD Was not happy seeing all the half eaten food & condiments in the pantry in this new world of covid we both felt it should have been binned

Large well equipped easily accessible. Great facilities on site & nearby. Lovely apartment, great value for money & great spot.
