Questa è una nuovissima casa a 3 piani costruita nel 2018. Si tratta di circa 1500 piedi quadrati nell'area di calore.

It's a beautiful house.

This was a wonderful home to stay in during our vacation time in Myrtle Beach. My family of 5 and my mother and father-in-law fit comfortably! Nice and roomy, but not too spacious. Not oceanfront, but about a 5-minute walk to the beach was perfect. It was immaculate and had all the needed kitchen items for cooking if you didn't want to eat out. We would definitely stay here again!

The house is nice, had a couple maintenance issues and manager immediately took care of them. Impressive service. Cleaning staff are not doing a great job. We went through and cleaned before we unlacked and counters and high touch areas were disgustingly filthy. The place is very nice, beautiful porches. Owner was excellent to work with. Would stay again.

Overall the property was cleaned and spacious for our family. And, it is about about a 3 minutes walk to the beach. It is also very close to the board walk and other attractions in area.
A few things to note about the property:
1) the ladder to bunk bed was not secured on the bed. My daughters were old enough to climb up while I hold the ladder but for younger kids I would be concern for their safety. The home is like a duplex/townhouse style where units are connected to one another. First and last few days of our trip we could hear the neighbors kids crying and running up and down the stairs. It was a bit disruptive in the evening when the kids were running inside.

Myrtle Beach Jewel
Last weekend our family gathered at the property for four days. The eight of us were accommodated very comfortably. All of the necessary appliances and kitchenware was provided and in good working order. Also appreciated was the fact the each bedroom had it's own bathroom. Additionally, the property is in a good location about 1½ blocks from the beach. The owner is very responsive and accommodating. When I return to Myrtle Beach this will be the first place I check out.

This home is centrally located with just a short drive to Broadway at the beach, the boardwalk, Murrells inlet and other locations throughout Myrtle Beach. The home was very well kept with all the amenities needed and only a short walk to the beach. We enjoyed our stay.

Great communication with owner, clean great house
The owner was fantastic, we had a few issues and he contacted me almost immediately to fix. At one point we had super loud neighbors/party at almost midnight and owner had it taken care of in 10 minutes! Very clean new house.

Clean and comfortable!
This home was in a nice neighborhood a couple streets over from the main strip-so quiet and within walking distance to the beach. The two upstairs bedrooms had their own attached full bathrooms and the double bunk room on the main level had a full bathroom right next to it. The beds were very comfortable! The TV was a bit confusing as you access cable through the Roku. Owner was very responsive with any questions we had. The couch was a little small and not the most comfortable but we learned it was pullout for more sleeping accommodations.
