This house has great potential. Location is great. Number of bedrooms and bathrooms worked out great. The pool and hot tub were nice although the hot tub seemed to be over chlorinated. We did have some concerns/suggestions. The freezer did not work. We had ice and ice cream that melted onto the floor. We called and reported it, but no one came to fix it or look at it. There were no spices in the kitchen, not even salt and pepper. The kitchen could use more towels. It was frustrating that the house had a pellet BBQ but we were told pellets were not provided. We cooked two meals on the Traeger and had to buy a bag of pellets. We also had to buy a cooler to keep ice cold.Again, this house has great potential, but things could be improved. Our contact when making the reservation was very helpful. I would recommend this house if these issues were to be addressed.

Everything we needed for a great 5 night stay. Teen boys loved the pool/hot tub/movie room/game room. Parents loved the big open spaces to meet/cook/eat. Everything was clean. Plenty of parking. The master bedroom is enormous. If you go in December and you plan to use the pool a lot, definitely pay to heat it. Nice quiet neighborhood, but still so close to so much. We will definitely stay here again if we find ourselves back in the area.

The only negative thing that I have to say about the property is the next-door neighbor has a chicken coop that really really smelled and I can only imagine what it would smell like in this beautiful backyard when it’s 100° outside.

Great house. Only 2 disappointments: The pool heaters were not functioning properly but the owners were very responsive to text about the issue. Second, is the small farm next door! This neighborhood must not have an HOA. The smell was not great at times but the cool weather probably helped with that. Can’t pick your neighbors right! Great big house where we could all be together but not on top of each other.

Overall our stay was great! We had a couple issues and they were taken care of right away. Great location, house was clean and had plenty of space for all of us. Weird request…I wish they would’ve had a broom to sweep up the floors.
The one downside to this house is the neighbor next door. They have a bunch of animals that live in the back…goats, chickens and others. When it’s warm outside you can smell them and it’s not pleasant. It was shocking to us that it was allowed in such a nice neighborhood. When we looked over the fence to see where the smell was coming from we were truly disgusted! You could see mice and rats under the chicken coop. We never saw anything at our property but it was gross thinking about what was next door. Overall I would recommend this house but I wish they could do something about the neighbor.

My family of five along with my brothers family of 5, my parents, in laws and sister/brother in law met up for a 5 day stay at this property. Group of 10 adults - 6 kids. Plenty of room for everybody with adequate bedrooms and a great bathroom situation ! Property location was perfect; Close to the grocery store, restaurants, and multiple shopping areas. Neighborhood was quiet and residential. We spent most of the vacation hanging around the pool area (opted for heat) which is exceptional (water slide and waterfall)— putting green, covered bar and grill area, indoor game room was a huge hit with the old fashion game console with hundreds of games including Pac-Man, shuffleboard and pool . We used the hot tub every morning and night. Front patio with open wood burning fireplace was awesome to sit around in the evening. Get a wood bundle from the local convenience store to really enjoy. Property manager was exceptionally responsive. Great surprise was the nearly remodeled theater room which we used to stream movies (included). Was truly an amazing stay. Highly recommend this property and property managers.

Very nice property with a great pool. Great Bedrooms, Great amount of baths. There is a noise sensor that alerts for loud noises after a certain time, we played music loud and made loud noises inside the house and had someone walk outside and you can't hear a thing, Just make sure to keep those noises inside the house and don't go partying outside after the quiet hours and you'll be fine, other minor things that happen to houses like these, door handle coming off, but nothing big that made the house un enjoyable. The house is also a couple minutes from town cosco safeway walmart and restaurants

Bachelor Party Stay
We traveled to Scottsdale to celebrate a bachelor and this place was the perfect spot to stay. The amenities were amazing, hot tub, awesome pool/slide, and outdoor bar setup. Beautiful inside and plenty of space to sleep our guests comfortably. Prior to and during the trip the team was extremely communicative and helpful. It was a quick enough drive to all the key spots but far enough from the noise to truly enjoy our time. The app was also super convenient. Everyone agreed it was the best place we could have picked. 10/10 would recommend it!

The backyard at this house is amazing. The house was clean and easily accommodated 16 guys. Could have accommodated more as everyone had a bed. The host was great with coordinating the 2 rental vans we used and we had no issues checking in or out. Would 100% recommend this place and would definitely book with them again.

Just what our family needed!!!
Wow! Two families traveling together with our kids....it was perfect. We could hardly get our kids out of the backyard! The pool, hot tub, and putting green kept them entertained and the swim up bar was perfect for us adults! The home has a cool game room the kids enjoyed in the evening and the home had the perfect combination of bedrooms to bathrooms to give us all the privacy we needed! Management Company was very responsive! Will definitely stay here again.

The property was in a good location. Close to golf and Old Town. Unfortunately, that is the best I can say about it. I have stayed at probably 20-30 rental properties now so I have a good basis to compare to, The home is generally worn, you can tell it's hosted a lot of bachelor and bachelorette parties. The ice maker did not work. The master bedroom gets too warm in the middle of the night, I'm assuming because the A/C is set to some type of eco mode. The pool controller is annoyingly sluggish and unresponsive. The provided garage code did not work. The hot tub had an unusual, unpleasant odor. My friend has a degree in engineering and could not get the grill to function correctly. It took 90 mins to get cheeseburgers medium-rare. I could live with all of that. What frustrated me the most was that the pool heat we paid extra for was clearly not functioning when we arrived and my concerns were dismissed like I would have no idea what a heated pool is supposed to feel like. After more texts, maintenance came out the next day and literally showed me a blown fuse to the heat pump and explained that was the issue. He was able to get the pool heat functional and it was usable for the next two days. I assume there was the hope that telling me it was OK would gaslight me into thinking that a pool without heat was actually heated. Emails and a text about a refund for the two nonfunctioning heat days have been ignored. Paid top dollar, did not receive a high-end property or service.

We had 4 families stay at the property and loved everything about it from the amazing pool and outdoor eating area, new Traeger grill, ample indoor space and garage, games and new washer and dryer. The home and outside living areas were spotless and we had no concerns with anything while gone. The staff was extremely helpful when called on for some minor questions. We plan to rent again as a great location for our families/kids to meet as kids get older. The location is super convenient to golf, hiking, bars/restaurants, shopping. Loved it!
