Love this property great location lovely staff

We booked 2 deluxe rooms for 4 people double bed & single bed in each room adjoining door 4 girls I slept on double bed my friend slept in single bed … my friend came into the room after me and not to disturb me she got changed in bathroom and got into bed in the sat only to dicover the next day that the bed she had gotten into was covered in blood , someone else’s blood , so the bed had not been changed and the blood was some one else’s she was & still is in shock .. we got both rooms refunded by hotel but it has really really disturbed us all … not good at all

Beautiful and spacious room, super comfy big bed, tasteful décor throughout the whole hotel. I slept really well, not a noise in the room. The staff were super friendly and affable, special mention to Daniel and Victoria at reception as well as to the lovely bar staff. I had a great stay!

Loved the hotel , have been before hence why booked again. The staff this time were fantastic on the desk (Jimmy and David) , I left review on trip advisor also. I will be back and so will my friends. Great location, comfy rooms which are very clean and great breakfast. Can't say a negative thing about maldron newcastle.
