The apartment was clean,
Toilet blocked so could not use,
Entrance to property was metal stairs ( like fire escape) very dangerous when wet, (would be disastrous if frosty) I don’t drink but I think people that drink could have fatal consequences,
Wi fi not working,
When you book and pay you think that is good, but before you are allowed the pin for the key box, you have to pay a further deposit, very complicated to sort this out, if I had know I would not have booked this place.
Very hard to get in touch with property management,
Someone tried Twice to get into the apartment on first night, it was scary, in the morning we saw the window in the next property had been smashed,
The apartment was very close to all amenities, but to get to the apartment you had to walk down an alley, there was men hanging about In the alleyway, we didn’t feel safe at all,
We left the property and went to Premiere Inn, and it worked out cheaper, and we felt secure, plus we were able to use the toilet,
On looking at review’s yesterday I read in October the toilet was blocked, now tells you something, of course we had booked months ahead and didn’t see this review then as it wasn’t published,
In my honest opinion I would advise all females NOT to book this apartment, and men do at your own risk,
I don’t think it should even be advertised on Booking.com.
I am still awaiting replies from my complaints,

The location is OK. However very noisy trough the night
Warning!! DO AVOID THIS PROPERTY!!!!
Firs of all you will be asked to pay £150 deposit trough third part company.
Then even you agreed to pay, you will be waiting hours for instruction how to access property. You can try to contact them but most likely you will heard that you just have to bare with it.
Moving on. You got your access and once you get to the property you will realise that it's nothing like on the pictures. Sqeeky floors, broken almost most of equipment, you may fell of the toilet as the seat is disattaching itself.( if you look trough reviews it was highlited over 1 year ago and was not fixed), freezer loaded with old stuff and iced to maximum, tv no work properly, BEDS ARE VERY UNCOMFORTABLE, the sofa in living room is so stained that you no want to sit on it.
Also the most frustrating thing is, that even they say they will refund your deposit in full, they are NOT! They charge you randomly for some already broken stuff! And don't think you gonna get the rest soon. It takes long days to got some of your money back.
They should be excluded from Booking.com and other sites.
DO NOT RENT!! THEY ARE LIERS!!

Didn't like much. It was handy for Newcastle city centre.
I will start with the fact that this accommodation is advertised (and booking accepted) for 6 people. This accommodation is clearly not designed or equipped for this number of occupants. See some notes / examples below:
- firstly there are only two bedrooms
- a further bed is made available in the main living space by way of a single sofa bed - not a double! Therefore the maximum occupancy is 5.
- this meant that one person needs to sleep on the floor.
- this is supported by the fact that there were only 5 dinner plates.
The advertisement is further misleading as follows:
- the advert states (and includes and image of) there is a dining table and chairs when this was not present
- there was one dining chair only (no table) and the sofa, meaning at least two people were constantly sitting on the floor
- there was also no desk despite this being in the advert
The apartment was also of poor quality and repair:
- the bathroom floor is clearly dangerous and in need of major repair
- the kitchen floor has large spaces between the boards creating a danger to feet/toes
- one arm of the sofa bed is broken
- several drawers have no bases
- the front windows do not open leaving little/no ventilation on a warm day/night
- the apartment was poorly stocked - 2 loo rolls, 1 bin bag and 1 tea towel for 6 people across 3 nights
- the fridge was set incorrectly meaning we had to throw away food on the first day as it had become frozen. It also had an awful smell.
- the freezer was full of ice
- external to the apartment the entrance way was overran with mail, smelt awful and there were noisy tenants / guests

Location, peaceful, internet connection good, kitchen facilities good, general cleanliness, value for money.
No induction for the apartment. Not enough chairs, lamp in bedroom not working, had problems with the hot water on 18/7 we had to locate the source of the problem, the password for the Wi-Fi has faded. Long stairs case is a big draw back. Rocking toilet seat. Extras bedding’s was no prepared for us (group of 6). Sofa bed was not comfortable.

Convenient Location
Firstly the apartment is really run down. The toilet is literally coming off the wall, there are broken drawers, dampness on the floor, the kitchen cupboards are broken and one of the windows doesn’t even close.
Not to mention that it is advertised as a non smoking apartment and it stinks of smoke. It is literally in all of the upholstery.
Which then set off an asthma attack in both my son and I. We have both had to take medication and haven’t stopped coughing.
When I phoned to report this I was told that someone would call me back in 5 minutes and they called back 2 hours later.
I then contacted the team via WhatsApp and in fairness another apartment was offered. We were out at the time (because staying in the apartment was not an option because it made us feel so asthmatic) and so by the time I replied an hour after receiving the message it was no longer available. I was told to use the air freshener that was left at our door to sort out the Smokey smell. The last thing an asthmatic needs is more chemicals to block out a trigger smell.
Then this morning someone called to see if we had checked out on time - which we had - rather than checking to see how we were feeling.
My overall impression is that this apartment is run down and is maintained by people that don’t really care about it or the people that stay there. All they seem to care about is the security deposit and catching people checking out later so that they can charge them more.

No sponge or cloth for washing up. Felt a bit dodgy with the deposit - they sent a link for a payment then someone phoned from India saying I hadn't paid the full amount. They wanted me to pay the full amount again and wait 7 days for a refund for the first payment. In the end they accepted I paid the difference.

Good location, good size for what we needed
Beds aren't particularly comfortable, washing up liquid was provided but no sponge or dish cloths do wash up with

The location was handy as we could walk to everywhere we needed.
The condition of the apartments was very poor. Chips and marks all over the walls and doors, carpets stained and lifting up in places, shelves in wardrobes fallen down and draws missing bottoms or not opening. The couch was ripped and stained and there may as well have been no glass in the window frames as you could hear everything like you were standing right down on the street. The toilet blocked on the first night and we were unable to use it for the whole of the Saturday until we got a reply on Whatsapp on the night with a code to the cleaning cupboard to retrieve the drainer. There is clearly a drainage issue as every time we used the bathroom, the sink it the kitchen would smell the whole apartment out like a sewer. The mirrors were poorly placed on the walls and there wasn't enough of them and most of the blinds were broken. There was no sweeping brush with the dustpan.

Great location and cheap. Everything is cheap for a reason.
Terrible host. The main heater was broken and I had to keep pestering them to bring me an extra one to keep warm. There was a horrible boiled egg smell coming from the shower and they didn't do anything about it. After all that they charged me £30 for an ironing board that was already broken when I got there. A lot of effort to get it back.

The location and space in the accommodation was perfect
The bathroom shower drain stank so bad

Location and heating
Noisy outside, dumpsters and rubbish outside as first impressions.

location was close to the Newcastle stadium
The entrance to the property was the back of a building, dumpsters and old mattresses and rubbish everywhere. Was noisy because of the casino across the road. couches and wall and bedside table was damaged. The bed was squeeqy and lumpy.

Location was great and convenient.
6 days long stay - The shower heater was not working during the winter and we requested to be switched to another apartment after 2 days of cold water. Though there was hot water available in the new apartment, the room radiators were weak and when we requested for a portable radiator, we were told it would be delivered to us the next day which did not happen. After asking again, we were told to collect it on our own from the previous apartment instead of having it delivered, and there were no responses after. Moreover, after checking out, our deposit was deducted for a broken appliance which we did not even use or know was in the apartment, and they only agreed to refund us after a few text exchanges with booking.com.

it was absolutely perfect , great place for a group and eveything is so close to it. I would definitely recommend
nothing

it’s was very noisy as the windows where thin and one didn’t close properly in the living room. The other apartment next to us had us awake until 5:30 Sunday morning partying, banging doors shut , shouting in the court yard.
The apartment was freezing on arrival as it was sub zero temperatures and no heating prior to arrival. We had to request a an extra heater on Saturday morning and they did bring one immediately.
The accommodation is very central but seems to be an area for parting so I would not stay again if bringing my family .
as above

The price and the convenience
The toilet leaked
The sofa needed cleaning as it was stained
There was no bedding for the sofa bed ( as that was classed as another bed I thought there should be some)
The sink was tea stained and there were cobwebs.
The toilet needed securing to the floor

The location was fantastic, right in the centre and close by to everything. The beds were also super comfy. Really good value for money if you are just using the apartment to sleep in and will be out all day as it is very central. Easy instructions on how to get into the apartment and access the keys.
The apartment was a bit run down, broken cupboard doors, worn down seats, stains, cracks in the window, burn marks on the rug… We also had to buy our own toilet roll which was disappointing. The walls in the apartment are also so thin you can hear everything going on in the apartment block and people outside (which is pretty noisy). The blinds in the living area were broken so people were able to see in. It also smelt of smoke and cigarettes when we first arrived which then changed to a smell of nail polish remover as it is above a nail salon.
