1. We really appreciated the faux animal trophies.2. Could use better knives and it helps if there are some basic spices and sugar.3. When we arrived the the door in the downstairs bedroom was open. Only the screen was shut, and it was not locked.4. Tv did not seem to work, but this did not matter much to us. We might have tried to resolve it if we cared. Instructions for controls might help.

First off- Susan at the reservation service was wonderful. She answered questions and made recommendations. She was just so very nice and made the process easy.We rented Village of Loon, 19 Big Coolidge Rd #5. It was just my husband and I and our Golden Retriever so it was larger than we needed but we wanted space. We don't ski any longer but still enjoy long walks and relaxing in the area. The condo could use some attention. There were only 2 wine glasses and plastic ones at that, dishwasher was filled with clean dishes (we went out to eat so we only used wine glasses, coffee pot and coffee mugs but I shouldn't have to empty the dish washer), junky coffee mugs, nothing matched- all odds and ends. Bath mats were tired and paper thin and the bathrooms should have been cleaner. For what we paid ( not during ski season) I feel the condo should have been in better shape and nicer amenities like better blankets and pillows, maybe a nice throw for the couch for when sitting in front of the fire, things like that. We still had a wonder time, visited our favorite walks and restaurants and watched the snow come down but I would not rent this unit again but look for another in Village of Loon as we like that location.

This unit is nice and spacious. I found it surface clean, not thoroughly cleaned. The parking is awful. I don’t think 2 spots for 10 people is enough. The unit is old and drafty. The owners left notes if you did this you would be charged, if you did this you would be charged. Very unwelcoming. The kitchen was well stocked. Overall more good than bad, but will probably find another unit to rent from.

Everything was very dated in the unit. It was very dark as well. The kitchen was not well equipped. There was no handle on the refrigerator, one of the bedroom door handles was about to fall off. Bathroom rugs were dingy. I was thankful that the towels were decent and sheets were clean (but had what I'm assuming was dog hair on them). It was a great location.

The third dresser drawer in the downstairs master suite and refrigerator door handle have been broken for two years now. Empty soda bottles were left under an upstairs bed. Also, the listed second parking space across the street was too muddy and soft to use the entire week. Trees and brush in backyard totally block the view from the deck.

Really enjoyed location across street from loon ski lift, just short car ride in between. Teens enjoyed the shared pools and hot tubs. Nice deck area off dining space. Bunk room was spacious for the teens and all their stuff. Kitchen small but action packed and had everything we needed.

My husband and I went away with our 3 Adult Children (23,24,26) and their partners along with our Lab. The place was well stocked with dishes, linens etc. the unit is on 3 floors, which was nice bc everyone had their privacy to sleep.
With that said, I wish there was more seating or room in the family room/dining room for everyone. But we all made it work. We also wished that a map of the surrounding area along with the information about Loon Mountain were left in the condo for our use. The kids were going to go snow boarding but we didn’t know you need to reserve this well in advance. It was booked the days they wanted but they enjoyed themselves in the clean pool and really enjoyed the hot tub.
Everyone was super nice and helpful. We had a great time together. Thank you for allowing us to use your home.

The location of this rental property was amazing. The pools and hot tub were so much fun for all. The play ground was lots of fun. The rental unit itself left a lot to be desired. The bunk bed railings were broken, deeming the top bunk unsafe. The Wi-Fi had to be restarted multiple times each day to get it to work. There were hours on two days where the tv would only show static screen. The dryer does not work at all, and the lint trap seems like it may be a fire hazard. In one of the bed blankets we found a used bandaid. Great location and pools, but the property could use some maintenance.

Overall, a good experience, but not quite what I would describe as "great" The townhouse (as well as the entire complex) is somewhat dated and could us a little TLC. Clean-ish. Our dog had fun finding a few pieces of forgotten items from previous occupants from under the furniture. Deck is very small with it's claimed "view" totaly blocked by overgrown vegetation and trees.

Fantastic home, big thanks to the owner for sharing this property. My family enjoyed it for Thanksgiving week, and appreciated the ability to bring along our dog (for a marginal fee). Property was clean and spacious and can easily accommodate 10 as noted (we were only 4). Fireplace was wonderful. Enjoyed the indoor pools and gym pass as well (appropriate screening was being performed). Loon Reservation Service was a pleasure to work with and always responsive to emails and calls during the reservation process. Excellent area - restaurants, groceries, and shopping within minutes. Hope to visit again, for either summer or winter activities!

The condo was in a great location and had wonderful space for our family that was staying there together! The wood burning fireplace made it cozy after a long day on the slopes! As some other reviews mentioned, there is one neighbor on the street who immediately yells out their window if you have a third car parked for even 1 minute. This part does make for some initial frustration but thankfully, the neighbor does not bother you otherwise. The shuttle to the Mountain is super convenient! Overall, we had a good experience :). Would consider renting the unit again in the future as it had ample space.

We came up with family and friends to do a memorial for my father who loved the White Mountains. The condo unit was very clean and well equipped. We had a two night stay and had everything we needed. Just wish there were later pool hours and that the hot tub outdoors wasn't out of service.

Great vacation home
First, I cannot say enough about the great communication of Loon Reservation Services! We have stayed in many places, but the over communication of LRS is by far the best we have experienced.
The property is in a great community that was very quiet and respectful of each other. A clean and organized townhouse that is well stocked with every amenity one could need. My family of four was more than comfortable and my dog enjoyed her stay as well. Would rent again!

Perfect Loon Mountain Getaway
Clean, modern, cozy 3BR, pet-friendly condominium with lots of bunk beds right across the street from Loon Mountain, with easy and flexible check-in system (lock box key method), beautiful fireplace with wood provided. It was a dream vacation! The owners are SO LUCKY to own that property!
